After decades of loyalty, I should not be treated this way. The incompetence, the lack of accountability, and the stress they've caused me are beyond frustrating. I want it to be clear: I would never recommend T‑Mobile to anyone. Their billing practices are unreliable, their customer service is dismissive, and their actions have left me angry and upset. If you value honesty, consistency, and respect as a customer, look elsewhere. T‑Mobile has lost my trust completely.
