Mike and his team were absolutely incredible from start to finish while installing my full home NVR system. Suntech stands out above the rest with their unparalleled technical expertise and exceptional value for the quality delivered. When choosing a company for something as important as your family's safety, it's crucial to pick one that really understands the technology inside and out and how to optimally utilize it to secure your home. During my consultations with various security companies, I kept going back to Suntech because I just felt like Mike was the sharpest out of them all. He fully understood my situation and grasped the entire NVR ecosystem more fluently than all the others, and he has an excellent memory too! On top of that, I feel that Mike truly cares about his clients- he's not in the business only to make money, but rather to make a truly positive impact in his clients' lives. The actual installation went smoothly and it feels so much better knowing that my whole house is now covered both inside and out at every angle with 24/7 continuous surveillance. Since they seem to handle a lot of corporate-scale installations, I initially wondered if my project might be too small--but that concern disappeared pretty quickly. The team was already very familiar with Ubiquiti systems and was incredibly patient working with me despite my fairly basic understanding. They walked me through the tradeoffs and ultimately recommended stepping up from mid-range equipment to more professional-grade options. The reasoning was clear, the cost/benefit made sense, and at no point did I feel pressured--just well-advised. The actual Ethernet installation work was top-notch--smurf tubing, recessed (not sticking out!) enclosures, and everything. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is honestly beyond what I would normally expect (or even feel comfortable demanding from contractors). They went above and beyond without being asked, and the cable organization is immaculate. Huge thanks to Justin and John for their precision and quality of work, and to Jim and Rodrigo for their thoughtful recommendations on equipment and access point placement. If you're looking for a team that combines technical expertise with professionalism and genuine care, I'd absolutely recommend them.

The modem has been replaced, and all aspects of my network are now functional. This is the first time I've had a satisfactory signal in half a year. Everyone in my household is delighted. The internet network has finally been fixed. The proprietor and the technicians were quick to resolve any issues. I have been assured by their work and quality. We came to the Union City store, where Felix Aguilar was there.. He took the patients to listen and the time to fix the phone.. this man should be a manager, his professionalism, and how polite and comfortable he made us feel through this frustrating process that we had already been through. Felix Aguilar retail sales. Everyone should request him.. He's the best of the best of Xfinity.. what a great representative for this company. I can't even explain to you how frustrated and angry we were of the issues that could not be corrected.. he fixed everything this man deserves a definite raise or promotion.     Visited the Xfinity store in Union City to pick up a self-install modem. This appears to be a…read moreflagship location in the only major shopping center in the area, so a busy Saturday night is not surprising. What was surprising was that only three associates were working while the store was packed. I was told that even simple self-install modem pickups go through the same queue as full-service transactions. That meant a long, awkward wait just to grab a pre-ordered box. To be clear, the employees were apologetic and professional. They were doing the best they could with what they had. This is not a frontline issue. However, from someone with 15 years of retail telecom experience (including time with AT&T), this is a staffing and workflow failure. Peak retail nights in high-traffic flagship locations require proper coverage and throughput planning. An express pickup system or adequate staffing would dramatically improve customer experience. I genuinely hope the regional director reviews store performance and addresses this. On a major shopping night, this level of understaffing is unacceptable.

    I don't even know where to start, but I truly feel like I need to share this experience…read more I lost the power adapter for my work internet router and, in a moment of confusion, I ended up using it at home for my phone. When I got home with my kids, we suddenly had no internet. I was overwhelmed because where I live, cell service is poor, and so much of our daily life depends on having a connection--especially for school and work. I called T-Mobile and spoke with someone who kindly directed me to a store on Whipple in Hayward. When I arrived, I was honestly stressed and unsure what I was even going to do. Robert helped me, and although I didn't catch the manager's name or everyone who assisted me, I've genuinely never been treated so kindly by complete strangers. They went out of their way to help me, and I was incredibly lucky that they actually had a spare adapter available. I understand they don't usually do this, which makes it even more meaningful. They provided it to me at no cost, and I still don't know exactly how they made it happen, but it meant everything to me and my kids. It could have been a very long, stressful night or even days without internet, but they changed that completely. I left emotional and incredibly grateful. It reminded me that there are still genuinely kind people out there who go out of their way to help others without expecting anything in return. Thank you to Robert and the team at T-Mobile on Whipple in Hayward. I won't forget it.

Feels wonderful to be recognized when you walk into the establishment I must say Management is also on point. ( KIM) I love how the store ran. It's ran smoothly always clean, but I can't forget to mention this. This is the main reason why I go not only because the customer service is amazing but the music is always fitting my mood or it's just a great selection. I don't know if it's satellite special satellite for T-Mobile stores only but that music keeps me going back as well. Good music brings great crowds. That means great business. I love it. I've been a T-Mobile member for a really long time. I wanna say 14 years I go back to sidekicks how about that you do the math I'm telling my age but it's all good. Happy hump day.
