I was a little hesitant because many of the Verizon stores in the area have not so great ratings on Yelp; but this particular location definitely deserves 5 stars. They have lots of parking, they're conveniently located, and they have wheelchair ramps so they are super accessible. I brought my Mom in to activate her new phone. They were more than happy to help even though it ended up being a little complicated because her old phone was very old and had an old outdated SIM card. I regret not asking the associate his name, but whoever stayed past closing time on 8/22/25 to help my mom- you are a real one!!! She was up and running within about 20 minutes despite the SIM card issue. He got her all squared away and took very good care of her. I highly recommend this spot for your Verizon needs. read more

4 Stars Brandon, Salesperson REASON for VISIT: My IPHONE 12 MAX had crack camera lens and decided to come and ask for their current promotions. Luckily i met with Brandon who told me their specials. OFFER: Trade in phone for $600+ and pay the difference for the IPHONE13PRO MAX. (I owed a balance on the old phone and that was paid off too). I immediately said yes!! CONS: The trade in device does not reflect the account right away. Was informed it takes 2-3 billing cycles. So my current bill is over $200. LAME was not told of this beforehand. Their screen protector was expensive. Bought a cheaper one on Amazon. PROS: got a brand new 13 IPHONE PRO MAX and will definitely take care of the phone this time. When i came back to pick up my new phone, Brandon was nice enough to give me an awesome new plan and did my screen protector for my new phone. PARKING: Plenty of parking in the plaza SERVICE: I went in there and was greeted right away with Brandon. OVERALL: A- FINAL THOUGHTS: I definitely would recommend this place too all and Brandon. Great reception. Good customer service if/when required. But the star compliment I share often with friends and family is: Two years ago Thanksgiving, I was visiting my cousins in Truckee and I was one of the two only guest that had Verizon. All their other guest were trying to call out of the area family and couldn't even get a line. I was as surprised as they were. Same thing happened when visiting in Antelope Valley/ Joshua Tree Nat. Park. We'd be rich if we had charged for each person that used our phones to wish Happy Thanksgiving wishes to their families and friends. I don't go to the the Verizon store often since I usually call in or get what I need done from the MyVerizon app but today I was off so I decided to go. I had an issue with my Apple Watch cellular that I returned but the line was still active. I went in and was greeted immediately! Steven listened to my issue and called Verizon to cancel the line and refund my previous monthly payment. We were on hold for awhile but Steven was patient and conversed with me while waiting. Steven canceled my line and refunded my remaining estimated balance. Everything felt natural and went very well. I had a welcoming experience at this store! I recommend going here! read more

My family and I stopped by today around 6:30 pm to trade in and upgrade a couple of phones that were due after being previously denied entrance earlier at a different location because we didn't have an appointment. Joseph welcomed us in and helped us purchase and set up our new phones-- even going so far as to staying and extra hour past closing when the phones took eons to update and transfer. All of us were hungry, tired, and fed up after a long day, and yet Joseph did a great job remaining patient, professional, and kind to us throughout the process. read more

Amazing service. The Verizon agents at this store are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Francis and Deshawn (I think that was his name) helped me out for 3 hours the other day and was extremely kind and patient with me. As I was trying to reinstate my phone service with Verizon there were misunderstandings over the phone with multiple departments and remote employees telling me I was unable to reinstate my plan. However, Francis and Deshawn brought to my attention that I was well within my rights according to company policy, which I wasn't aware of. Then stayed on the phone for hours being shuffled between many departments until we were finally able to reach someone that was able to solve the problem. I greatly appreciate both of their extreme professional manner and am a very happy Verizon customer. They both deserve a raise for their spectacular service, attention to detail, and keen knowledge within the company. read more

This was the best experience I've ever had at Verizon! I've bought plenty of new phones over the years but Marlena went above and beyond to help me when my phone suddenly broke one day (she even stayed late to finish getting me set up), and she was so knowledgeable. We didn't run into any of the stress I normally have when buying a new phone, (like waiting hours for data to transfer or having connection issues); I was in and out in a little under an hour with Marlena's help. She helped me pick a phone and accessories, handled the transfer, and even helped me upgrade my plan to a better plan I didn't know about that saved me a lot of money on my purchase. Decided to take advantage of the Black Friday sale my phone carrier had offered me so I came down here to Cellular sales to see what was up. I ended up going from and iPhone 10xr to a iPhone 13 with the help of representative Nick who was very helpful. He took care of everything with care and excellent customer service. This is my first time switching to another cellular company in a long while and I'm glad I went to this branch and switched to Verizon. Christopher B. assisted me and he was very patient and knowledgeable of his job. He took time to help me and get me out of my old iphone 6 plus! Yes, that's right iphone 6 plus!!! I wasn't interested in upgrading to another iphone because I'm just not an iphone person. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and boy what a treat!! I've always been an android fan and now with the new cellphone I'm even more impressed! It's got too much tech on it which i'm still catching up on but I love the quality of pictures, videos, etc. & with Verizon my calls never drop unless i get into an area where there's no signal. My transaction did not complete on the same day because of all the junk i had in my old iphone and I came in late to the store.
