I waited at home because I didn't have pants for work, but the delivery only just arrived. (10am) Now, as I go through my clothes, I've found items that don't belong to me mixed in with my laundry, and the blue Pottery Barn pillowcases I had dry cleaned have turned grey. While they offered a credit for the laundry service (not dry-cleaning), which I appreciate, it's not enough to make me return or recommend them.

Make sure you bring more than enough quarters, as I have been there several times when the change machines weren't working. During the day, it is fine, but it gets rather seedy at night. There is normally an employee in the laundromat, but they don't speak English very well, or at least pretend not to. I use them for blankets and sheets, as I only have a smallish machine at home. But I would not use them for regular weekly washing.
