I stumbled upon Triangle Wash and Fold because they are located in the same strip mall as my favorite Chinese takeout restaurant. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly man named Mark Bowles. He and his wife Marcy own this place. He was really great! Mark offered to show me the ropes. He walked around and made sure everybody got what they needed. He has detergent and fabric softener for sale In case you forget yours or run out. It's nice to know Mark is always there, Just in case you have a problem. He also offers wash and fold for 1.25 a pound. It's great for people who are pressed for time, or just hate doing their own laundry. You drop it off and can pick it up the next day. This is one of the cleanest and neatest laundromats I've been to. While I was there waiting I could see how Mark interacted with fellow customers. A lot of them are regulars and each one is greeted with a hello and a smile. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a really nice laundromat that has a lot of washers and dryer's of all sizes. There is plenty of free parking in the lot. I will definitely be returning

You have to buy a Laundry Plus card and car min was $10, not to mention I refunds on unused balances either. No coins accepted in the machines but they do take credit cards and cash bills. Over all this might be a great feature fir someone else that is 100% dependent on this type of service, however for me it wasn't.

The dryers don't need much time to dry clothes thankfully so you don't spend much drying clothes. They have a change machine in front cause you still pay with quarters at this facility. Nothing special this place does the job. They do offer wash and fold per priced her pound. I have never used this service but good to know its available. They seem to maintain their machines and the the facility.

I called and the manager told me that a few pounds isnt a big deal and i have to trust them and accept it. - i asked that only my 5xl shirts be hang dry but my wife's shirts didnt need to be. I had 5 shirts but in the end they charged me for 12 shirts because they did mine and hers hang dry. When i mentioned it again they said it is not their job to pay attention to the details and i should be thankful that they washed and folded my clothes. - $2lb is the most expensive place locally but this had good reviews so i thought it would be worth it but it was mediocre service. Overall it was nice having someone do my wash and folded but not with the overcharging and underwhelming service. I will be looking elsewhere.

She was the one and not the woman without the glasses who is very nice and thorough. There is also a man working with folding and now my opinion has changed. One bad apple can spoil the laundromat but remove the bad apple and then all is good again. I have resumed coming here. Thankful she is gone. Written 1/2026 Have been going here for about two months now using the drop-off service and have a couple of issues. I pay extra for detergent and fabric softener. Each assortment of clothing items are separated and placed in a tight plastic bag with a knot. My clothes are never soft and they never have a Gain scent which is strong. How can I open numerous bags every week after paying an average of $27 - $33 dollars including my usual $4+ tip and get this? I never asked for the blue stuff which I have no clue as to what that is but my brand-new underwear had a large blue blotch spot on the rear side and it's obvious she is not using anything I am paying for. The last draw was last weekend when I picked up my clothing, yet again, no scent once the bags were opened that evening and then the next two days. Once you open that bag, the Gain detergent and Gain Fabric Softener I paid for would smack you in the face. It's a strong fragrance! I am very upset because I went to get my beautiful heavy robe from Pottery Barn which is always ALWAYS soft after washing and drying it with just a dryer sheet and when I pulled it out, it didn't have any Gain scent NOR did it feel soft. It was so crispy and crinkly when I put it on and had static electricity. The woman there during the daytime is a thief and a liar. This has happened for two months and I'm done. Taking my business elsewhere and shame on them. By the way, no plastic bags although tied tight had scent in them either. STAY FAR AWAY unless you want to be treated like a fool. Now I'm off to find somewhere else to bring my usual 20-22 pounds of clothes I paid her to wash....oh, wait, it just occurred to me they might not even be washed!
