I fired them in a text last night and will be pursuing legal advice toward litigation. Very disrespectful, rude, and unreliable.... even had young children sitting in the car while they worked the one day that work was accomplished and I do mean one day, feeling bullied and trapped into paying more money to get the shower back and vanity replaced, didn't even order the materials until the day after they ripped out the shower and three tiled walls!! They worked a total of 3 days since they said it would be started on the 27th and didn't start until the 29th, and the days they worked may have been 4hrs. They also send meeting reminders at midnight and give 4 hour arrival window, like your supposed to hang out and wait for them to show up!! Then they had a plumber for some work and said 9am to 1pm, he arrived after 1 o'clock yet they said in their records he was there before 1, thus in their window, I have 24/7 360° cameras providing evidence of their lie...... to top it all off, im a disabled veteran and need help!!!! They took advantage of my wife and I. I will be reporting this to all appropriate agencies and federal government officials to remedy this issue.... please dont use this company, do your research please!!! I thought i did enough research and look what happened to me! Then they told me they would handle the ceiling and wall behind the shower since I had the material until I turned down the 5k they wanted to charge me for 10sqft of tile removal, then when I told them to not do several things that I didn't trust would be done this year, they started charging for everything, unnecessary stuff like structural bracing which I asked for the pictures of from underneath because im disabled and cannot go u der there and look, yesterday being the fourth time I asked and still didn't receive the pictures, seems suspicious to me. Hopefully we are free of this company, do have to recoup hotel fees, dog boarding, and money to fix our shower, the overwhelming stress and anxiety/depression i feel dealing with these people, the courts and proper governmental officials will Hopefully help!

The amazing thing is how compassiate he is the work. During the initial visit, he took me for a ride, literally, to other sites he finished. All looked fantastic. I hired the company and he finished the chimney in one day, replacing the underside, which did not exist. They perfectly color matched the house and did a wonderful job cleaning up. He followed up later with a phone call, asking how please I was with the work. I told him that he could bring anybody by to look at the work and compared the house to the chimney. One year and a half later, I called him again for roofing and siding, the whole house. He again whisked me away, to the exact same places. So you know there is no BS in where he worked. I hired him for both again, comparing him with other companies. The rook was finished in one day, cleaned up and all. The siding took nearly two weeks. Siding work is messy, so expect that. I did not. In any case, they worked with me in my daily inspections of the work. If saw something, they corrected it. I had some screens riped. They replaced. I asked to replace the house siding inside my porch. They replaced. NO extra charge. Lastly, he is reasonably priced. I checked. He, again, followed up after the job. I talked to several companies about this job (initially, we weren't sure if we were going to go back with real cedar that was originally on our house or the Nichiha cedar shake) that Russ recommended. I had many questions, and he answered all of them! His crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. My wife and I were initially nervous about how the shake siding would look compared to the real cedar we had before. But as you can see in the pictures, it turned out wonderfully, even better than we expected. Russ immediately followed up to ensure I was satisfied after the job was done. Found torn shingles were…read moreinstalled, butt indentations left where installers sat on the ridge vent, chimney cap crew set a ladder on the new roof and sliced into the shingles, gutter crew installed 1 gutter sloping the wrong way and another gutter leaks at a 90° angle, water stain in the bathroom from not covering all the bare roof during a thunderstorm. They will fix the problems though if you find them. Always inspect new work done by anyone.
