I came with my builder and his mom to pick out the flooring for my new custom built home. Denise…read morewas our consultant and she was amazing!!!!!!! My husband and I had came in by ourselves a few weeks before and I was a little overwhelmed and could not decide on anything other than flooring. Denise asked if I had any inspiration pictures and you know what?! I sure do. I opened up Pinterest and then showed what I had in mind. The main flooring options I had selected with my husband were over my budget BUT she found me something super similar, with the texture I was wanting and under budget. Because I've been out here acting like there's no budget and picking all the shiny things my magpie heart desires when we've met with other vendors I was adamant I was not going to go over the budget. Denise was understanding and only showed me things that were in stock and in my budget. Black Hexagon tiles are on trend right now which means it's out of my budget lol. I explained I wanted black/dark tiles because of hair shedding. She picked a few tile options and explained how it would look with the stained cabinets I was thinking of. I didn't even think of that. With her help I picked out the rest of the master bathroom and she suggested I do a small hexagon on the shower floor and niches! Look at compromise. I had no idea what to do with the 2nd bathroom but with Denise's guidance we selected items and they complimented the master bath. I knew I wanted a patterned tile in the powder room and because of some of the choices I made I had a little wiggle room to go up. We found the perfect black and white to add some personality to the powder room. I will be back to pick out backsplash after I pick my countertops but Denise pulled some samples after I mentioned I wanted to do a classic subway tile backsplash. All of the employees were helpful and friendly and they have the good candy at the front desk area. Denise made my entire experience stress free and less scary. Building a home in the middle of a panoramic is already scary enough as it is.

I needed to update my mom's home to sell and granite transformations did an amazing job so quickly…read more The salesman was totally upfront on cost and all the steps in the process. They were super in getting it done within our timeframe. On instillation day, the 2 men who did the work were professional and friendly. Having the entire kitchen done in in about half a day. Looks great!! Worth every penny!

This is one strange business. They have 3 addresses online and only one of them is accurate. They…read moreare actually located near Reno and Council Rd. The manager describes the neighborhood as sketchy, so she keeps the door locked at all times. The manager knows absolutely nothing about products they offer. She can't give the price per sq foot for anything or for any of the plumbing fixtures they offer. The designer asked for my budget, and I had no idea what it should cost. So I picked a number out of the air. Miraculously, his estimate was $500 less than my arbitrary number. Then he offered a $1500 discount if I would sign a contract that day. I declined. They gave me a list of more than 20 "references". When I called some of them, more than 1/2 the numbers were disconnected. The people I talked to were all thrilled with the work. However, all the references were at least 5 years old. They apparently have no current references. I wanted to see some actual overlays they had done, since all the showroom samples were new work. I suggested they give me the names and addresses of some commercial overlays they have done. They declined. Since I decided not to have the work done, I have no idea what kind of work they do. Online reviews are mixed.

We have worked with a few countertop companies and it's rare that you find a company so invested in getting it right and taking care of customers at every level. They are not just another vendor we use, they are a partner in our business. Highly recommend!

This job was a little over a year ago, through our builder. The install was horrible. When the…read morecrew showed up, no one was here. The bar top overhang was to be supported by 2 steel bars that the carpenter fabricated. they were sitting nearby, the installers put them in, but did not install the screws that were laying right there, so the granite barely touched the 2 bars, making them useless. They should have called in. In the kitchen, there was an upper cabinet that was to obviously rest upon the countertop, it was left up 1/16 so the granite could be slid in. Well, a mistake here with the builder, the carpenter assumed 3 CM for the granite, and it was 2.5 CM, approx, leaving a large gap under the upper cabinet. They should have called in. Too bad if they had to come back after we shimmed up the cabinets so it would fit nicely! Then, there was a large chip in the corner, yes a difficult corner, but it was a hole, something less than 1/2 inch each way, and they filled it in with what? White caulk on black granite! They had black seam material, but oh well, lets just finish.....A few weeks after move-in we called in for some rough spots on the granite, they sent out 2 guys who were very professional, and had what they needed to make those improvements. They were surprised to see the previously listed workmanship issues, took pictures, and said someone would be calling. No one called. They also charge $150 EXTRA to install a laundry sink not purchased from them??????
