I recently had my car windows tinted, as well as having several door dings removed. They did an excellent job! A couple of the door dings were in a crease in the body panel, which makes it 10 times more difficult, but they did an excellent job. For the dents that were in the smooth surface, you can't tell that they were ever there. The window tint job came out much better than I expected. I upgraded to the ceramic coated tint, which reduces 90% of the heat, which is great for the summer in the South, especially since my car is black on black. I was surprised at how quickly they completed the job. I thought I was just going to drop it off and pick it up later, but my plans changed and I ended up waiting in their lobby, but I didn't have to wait nearly as long as I expected. I would highly recommend that you give them a call. They may not be the cheapest place in town for tint, but you get what you pay for! I'm more than happy!

They told me it would be 3-4 hrs for calibration. I was planning on waiting but an hour into it, they hadn't moved my car so I sat there for about 2-1/2 hrs and called someone to pick me up. I tried to call them at 4:30 for a status update. SAFELITE DOES NOT PROVIDE A LOCAL NUMBER TO THEIR SHOP ONLY AN AI GENERATED PHONE TREE. So I have someone drive me over there in the pouring rain at 4:45 only to be told my vehicle wasn't ready. I would've been fine with that if someone would've called me or I had a number to call for an update. The tech offered to stay late but I told him it would be fine tomorrow. They did call me the next day. The quality of the repair was good and the staff was nice. However, I received countless texts and calls reminding me of my appointment to the point of annoyance. Bit, when I tried to reach them I couldn't speak to a live person for a simple update on the repair status. I seriously doubt I'll ever use them again if I have a choice
