They have charged a range of $49-$100 to come and address the issue. One electrician said it was a dead leg, another said all we needed to do was jump start it. Anyways, I was trying to get a rough estimate, however Jeremy made me feel really uncomfortable. He wanted to know my relationship status, which had nothing to do with my issue, and then he wanted to give me a 50% off because he didn't want his wife to know about the questions he was asking. I don't think he was very professional. I wanted to speak to the owner regarding this situation.

We walked through the store, found the exterior lights, then looked at other displays. During our 5 - 10 min in the store, we saw 3 employees each sitting at their desks. There were no other customers in the store yet NONE of the 3 employees greeted us or even acknowledged that we were present. Incredibly POOR SERVICE!! Shocked that the employees are either not better trained to help customers or simply did not care. Disappointed in this store and would not consider purchasing lighting here given other good options in Denver.
