I was immediately greeted by Chris and his daughter who were running the store that day. As I perused through the showroom floor I immediately could tell that the quality of products were superior to those that I would normally find at a big box store like Lowes or Costco. This was definitely commercial quality stuff. I expressed my concern over the pricing and Chris reassured me that while the pricing was higher, the durability would make up for this. He had numerous examples of customers from his other business, Best Yard, who have had the same products sold in Brite Ideas for years. It felt good knowing that there was so much knowledge and experience inside that store and that Chris is putting his money where his mouth is by opening this store, which tells me he believes in the product. All in all I was very happy with my experience inside Brite Ideas and I will certainly be back to purchase lighting products for my home. Chris even informed me that he has an on staff consultant who can help me decide what would be the best plan when decorating my home.
