They get you a wheelchair if necessary at the airport, push you to your plane departure gate. They help you board the plane and sit with you. They can make sure you get your pills when you need them. They are there to help you in the restroom if needed. When you land they get your luggage and take you to where your family is to pick you up at the airport. It is painless and so comforting.
