After about 20 minutes of waiting, I finally get assistance from a staff member that showed up at 4:00pm. She tells me my instructor, Kevin, isn't here yet. After a few more minutes, it looks like he will not be in until 4:30 (for his next class). They offer no information or resolution to the situation. Horrible customer service.
