A friend and I went in after work last week and it was great, very quiet and relaxing. The two that helped us were fun to talk to and were very "into" the conversation. Meaning you could tell they were actually listening and interested in what we were saying vs "pretending". This skill isn't really a deal breaker for me but working with the public I do know how sometimes it's hard to do this. Anyways, I didn't exactly know what I wanted but they were very patient with us while we changed our minds 50 times. We went Monday, so a week ago and I work in 2 very physical jobs and they have held up beautifully. No lifting or chipping (my nails ALWAYS lift). I look forward to going back! read more

I asked for a gel manicure. After my nails were done, I asked if I got a manicure or just polish. She said manicure because I dipped my hands in the bowl with water. They look like a child did them. I am so disappointed. read more

I made an appointment on a Saturday which is usually very but it was empty most the time I was there, which was great. That being said I am definitely patient with a busy staff. I had a very relaxing pedicure with a hot towel and a beautiful paint job. The staff is so friendly and we had small talk. I really loved coming here even though it is not my regular salon and I plan on coming back regularly. read more

Really nice place with nice people. They did a great job on my acrylics with gel! They don't have a lot of gel colors to pick from, which sucks. The guy who did my nails, did not give a hand massage or lotion at the end. However, overall, it was a good experience. read more

I went in today after working 10 hours and asked the guy sitting on his phone if they accepted walk ins, and he said yes what did you want. I asked for a GEL manicure, and he proceeded to yell at some kid in a foreign language. I sat in a chair and they didn't say a word but started my manicure. Didn't choose a color or ask anything. After he finished filing my nails he started painting them clear. I asked is this gel, he said no. I ask no you have no gel, while looking at a wall full of nail polish colors. He said this not gel this regular. Then he asked me to go sit in a pedicure chair and I said no pedicure and he was confused. I told him just the manicure and he said oh. So even though I walked in wanting a gel manicure to help my natural nails feel more strong and not chip when I work, I paid $20 for someone to barely file them and paint on a clear coat of regular polish, which I have been doing at home in quarantine for the last two months. read more

I was a regular customer here eventhough they were pricey. A friend recommended another salon to me, so I tried it. The staff was more social and a little less expensive. It wasn't as close as Metro was, so I decided to return to Metro. I was back and they asked me where I went before and I told them, not to mention their prices increased. After being there for about 6 weeks,I returned less than a week after I had a balance and gel polish for a minor repair. When I came in I told them about the repair. I sat down and the owner looked at it and said where did you get your nails done? I told him here, he said before that. I told him and them he said,"You go there to get your nails done and you come here for repair? I politely said yes. Not only was his response rude, he was very pompous . I really wanted to say to him, "Do you want me to because I will". His staff constantly speaks in their native tongue over the customers which is also very rude and unprofessional. The prices are not competitive and the service isn't professional. There is no way I will ever return there after my last experience there. read more
