B and I drove the jeep up to Utah for a week this summer, and went all crazy driving every backroad we could find. Came home and the jeep was covered in red dust inside and out (and dog hair, everything is just ALWAYS covered in dog hair) oh, and there was sunscreen dribbled on the seats, and some PBJ and Pringles sandwich crumbs wedged in the little cracks and crannies of the console, and random mud from when we crossed a river I don't know the name of, and, well, things were a mess. I called On The Spot, and they set me up with an appointment the next day. Two very nice guys (I'm so sorry I don't remember their names because they were really great) showed up with everything they needed to clean my car, all set up in a van. I didn't have to get them power or water or anything. I just pulled the jeep out of the garage and went on with the rest of my day while they worked on the truck right in my driveway. When they were infinished, about 2 hours later, it was a new truck! I swear it looked better than the day I brought it home from the dealer. You could eat off the hubcaps if you were weird like that. They did the inside, the outside, the wheels and the engine, and it actually sparkled! OK it wasn't cheep. This is not a thing I could afford to do except in extenuating circumstances (like Utah red dust coating EVERYTHING inside the car), but I'm not sorry I did it. I would call these guys again for sure. Makes coming home from a road trip a whole lot nicer for sure.

On the spot did a "full" detail on my truck had it for about 5-6 hours and looked like a misters car wash granted it was free to me from the dealership to fix their mess up, on the spot was still paid for my truck but I was very disappointed with the detail. Tons of dust in all the cracks of my panels and air vents still, no leather conditioner was used, my windows were done poorly covered in smudges, My rims look like they were not even tried on, engine bay wasn't even touched. PLUS I got it back with paint chips on my door which I know weren't there because like I said I had just gotten my truck back from the dealership were they painted that exact door a week before. I have used another detailer the last 8 years I will be sticking with J&SONS MOBILE DETAILING.

The only thing missing after my car was finished was the new car smell - it was so clean inside and out. There were stains on the seats that had been there for a long time. I didn't think they would come out, but they did. If they had been able to spray that new car smell in the interior, I would have thought I had a brand new car. They're price was very reasonable considering the amount of time and the condition of my car. I absolutely recommend them and will use them again.

Our car is a 2005 and we have never had it detailed. When the job was done I was extremely pleased. Stains I had seen in the car for some time were gone and everything was so nice. My car insurance was a pain to work with, and Art coached me through the whole thing. Additionally, Art/Goodfellas really stepped up and helped me handle them and get reimbursed. (He even gave me the lowdown on which auto insurance companies might seem like a good deal because they have cheaper rates, but they try to wiggle out of paying when you need them). I was so impressed with the work they did on my car that insurance covered, that I wound up scheduling a follow-up to have them fix another issue I'd been meaning to fix. They did good work, at a much better rate than the previous shop that had given me a quote. Also, I'm not much of a movie person, but the Goodfellas theme/decor was entertaining, too.
