    Fixed fender
    Roman G.

So first of all this man came in clutch once again and saved my car twice or in this instance 3 times. Got into a car accident a while back which a person hit me head on into my left driver's side fender. The damage is clear enough from the pictures below. My dad called a different person to do the work and that person let's just say didn't do the job the right way. That person left my fender needing more work. I called Sam from Max Mobile Autobody Repair and he answered right way letting me know he can fix it. A couple weeks later and my car looks completely brand new. Thanks to Sam he let me know that I needed a new fender and painted, installed and fixed a new fender for me for a good price of $800. Just letting everyone know if you need your body on your car fixed for a good price call or text this guy.

He came to my house, fixed my car, charged a fair price, and the work was outstanding. I'll call him again in the future.

I got a new Subaru in 2018. I wanted King Kong to do my install of my two-way car alarm and my subwoofer with bass control. I was recommended this place by an old Audio Express guy I trusted who goes by "Doc." I knew not buying my items there would cost to install (of course if you buy from them install is less). I did buy insulation so my car doesn't rattle apart. It cost me $400 total. This first situation was no bueno. The guy installing my alarm was frustrated. He broke my subwoofer box, lost my fabricated box to protect my amp under my seat. Walked off the job after calling me and telling me my car was done-- and it wasn't. It was a mess. But they did their best on-the-spot to fix it. I was living in AZ at the time, they wanted me to keep it there, but I couldn't, but I was assured I could bring it back "whenever" to get it fixed. Flash-forward to 2021... I'm back in town and need my instillation fixed. I went to Reggie, told him what Subaru had been telling me. He uninstalled my alarm so Subaru could check my car out. No charge. My car got handled at Subaru, I called Reggie, told him Subaru told me that I could get it reinstalled. I contacted Reggie, he scheduled with my partner for a reinstall. On the day of, my partner came in, waited in the waiting room. They reinstalled my alarm. I've not had any issues with it for a bit. I'm hoping it's all been fixed. If not, I'm sure Reggie will work with me. The thing with cars is you have to be ready to work with the alarm staff and your dealership staff. Finding a place that installs your alarm and insures their instillation is important. Here we are 2+ years later and Reggie is here to make sure my alarm/stereo are working. Only because of the initial loss of investment with the lost fabrication box, and the fact that sometimes the woman at the front desk does not wear her mask (during a pandemic that is especially deadly to disabled folks like me) are the only reason that I'm not giving 5 stars. I will go there for upgrades in the future. I trust Reggie. I trust that he backs up his work, and takes ownership for his employees. This is important in the car industry. Trust. Loyalty. 10/10 would return!

You can see in the photo the original small brake pedal cover against my now much wider brake pedal. Best $200 I've spent on this car! (Note that I haven't put the wider cover on yet.) These guys threw my car on the Dyno, the tech constantly kept stopping the runs and messing with wires and such, rebooting the laptop and then the desktop and telling me that my car had 2000 BHP then 200 BHP and eventually told me the Dyno was messed up. Throwing all sorts of excuses as to why my car was running differently, yet offering to re-tune it for $500 (before putting it on a Dyno) they are not experienced at all with turbo engines in my opinion, or maybe just Subaru's - the owner had no clue what it could have been, in fact didn't seem savvy at all regarding automotive tuning, he didn't even understand what the purpose of having different octane maps on my computer was for (91 and 100 octane maps). Sadly these guys still charged me $70 for the Dyno run (they discounted me $10 for the Dyno being out of service). Very disappointed with them and would not recommend them to anyone, very bad first impressions.

The Firestone located on Coors near I-40 has a rude and unprofessional manager named Renee…read more When I took my vehicle in to get an alignment, the technician broke my oil dipstick and pulled a PVC hose. They replaced the dipstick at their cost however I did not notice the hose that was pulled until my wife mentioned that the car was running rough. They were not able to align my vehicle within specifications. I replaced lower control arms and took it back in under warranty to get it realigned. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM. That's when I met Renee the rude unprofessional manager. She told me that an appointment doesn't mean my vehicle will be serviced at that time. I was told that it probably won't be serviced until the end of the day because she only had two techs.. She was unable to find my wife's name or phone number or the appointment we had a month prior. She said that because I didn't have a receipt she was unable to look it up. I told her they didn't give us a receipt they only gave us a specification sheet indicating what was aligned I asked if they emailed the receipts she said yes I then asked could she look it up via email. She got snarky with me and said I can only look it up with your phone number or receipt number. Kept asking me why I was there and I told her to get the vehicle realigned and I then told her that they damaged the tie rods the first time they did the alignment. The boots were torn and the tie rods were over torqued. She then ask me if I was implying that the technicians don't know what they're doing, to which I responded exactly, they don't know what they're doing they tore my boots and over torqued the tie rods. These were brand new tie rods a month old. Renee then told me I don't know what I'm talking about, the tie rods don't use grease or have boots. I told her that at minimum she's they're going to replace the boots that they're cost and possibly the tie rod on the driver side because of being over torqued. She eventually told me they are not replacing anything. She then said that I was not smart for bringing it back to a shop that broke the car in the first place. That if it were her she wouldI have taken it to another shop. I told her you broke it you fix it. I also told her that the last time I was in there they broke the dipstick during a pre inspection and at that point she lost it and told me to get out get out of the shop that she was refusing service and then she was going to call the police on me. Do not go to the Coors and I-40 location Firestone.
