I took them home and was told I had 24 hours to decide if I liked them or not. After the first day, I had decided to keep them. The sales person called me, and said that the store had made a huge error and undercharged me for the stool $100.00 and that they would have to charge my master card the difference. I said I was going to return the stools if that was the case. I took them back to the store and was told I could only get a store credit for the two stools ($595.00) I said NO WAY. I was given a full credit finally. I would not shop at this store, they are NOT nice, and very arrogant. The nice salesman, that was so wonderful when selling me the stools, was not nice at all when he saw me come back. I would have been a customer forever, but now will never set foot in this store again. Oh and I found the exact same stools at Ballard Design for 1/2 the price - BEWARE BUYERS

Being does have strict policies, so you must decide wisely before spending your money. This is not Walmart, target, or some other retailer with super lax return policies, of which societies scabs love to take advantage of. This woman-owned business is a home design studio, but it's also a specialty home/kitchen shop supporting local businesses. Amanda (the owner) and Alicia are so warm, welcoming, and helpful. They make me feel right at home and as if I have known them for years. You should definitely check out this hidden gem. We might run into each other since I'll he back (often) to shop for new kitchen items and to check out their events.

Troy sold me a 48" viking range that viking sent to a junkyard in Las Vegas to be destroyed because…read moreit was known to be defective and a safety hazard. It was supposed to be destroyed. He somehow acquired it, "fixed" it, and sold it to me for $4,500. After using it twice, it caused a small fire in my kitchen while my family and I were sleeping upstairs and it caused ashes to go all over my newly renovated white kitchen and living room. Two viking repair companies came out and confirmed that it was not fixable and refused to even touch it. When I reached out to him, he refused to take it back and instead offered to sell it to some other consumer at auction. I refused to put this dangerous appliance out in the marketplace and asked for him to just take it back and refund my money. He refused, started ignoring my calls, and asked me to stop calling him. I respected his request and did not call him again. Troy's argument was that I had the issue several months after the range was delivered, so it wasn't his problem. While it's true that we did not install the range right away (renovation took longer than anticipated), 1. it was kept in a humidity controlled environment the entire time and more importantly, 2. the range was sent by viking to the junkyard to be destroyed because it was a safety hazard, so the issue is documented to have existed long before he even sold it to me. It was highly questionable (at best) for him to even sell it to me. I have documentation from viking corporate verifying that it was sent to the junkyard, documentation from two viking repair companies, and texts from him with the purchase details and serial numbers that I'm happy to share with anyone who'd like more info.
