UNBELIEVABLY GREAT SERVICE. I had 3 large trees to remove and the price they quoted was amazing compared to other companies. The service was wonderful. AJ was polite and talked to me with respect and didn't try to just talk over me to my husband. AJ called me in the morning to say when the team would arrive and they were prompt and started right away. The trees in our backyard worried me but they came in with a huge cane- tied my tree to it- cut the trunk and lifted the dead tree out over the fence and onto their trailer. An amazing site. Most other companies wanted us to remove sections of out wood fence to drive their equipment onto the yard. They then cleaned up all the down limbs and mess. Only thing we had to do was level off were they grinder the stumps and plant grass. I cannot say enough good things about how smoothly this company worked. I recently used Metro Tree to clear out my farm of dead trees. Their Arborist, Jesse, identified some trees with fungal rot; potentially saving my whole produce crop. So I am coming home today are 6:30 pm Oct 8th. I am driving down Woodbridge ave. All of a sudden I see I can't get threw. They have completely blocked the road while one guy is sweeping on the opposite side. They park a tractor next to a wood chipper. They could have parked the tractor in front of the wood chipper or in back of the wood chipper. No, they have to park it on the side blocking the whole road. I'm am waiting on one end and another truck is waiting on the other. The guy sweeping does nothing. 5 minutes later, no exageration, some other guy drives up and then eventually moves it. We had a large dead oak tree at our house in Roseville I called. Mike he explained to me how he was going to remove the tree came out gave me an estimate of $4500 I had two other companies come out that wanted to charge over $10,000!! This company was TERRIBLE. I only gave them a star because I had to. Zero stars. They trimmed the wrong trees, started to cut down the wrong tree and only stopped because my neighbor told them to. Then when we discussed this and they said they would make it right, they were a no show. Then sent us a bill, put a lien on my home, for what? Not paying a bill for a service we did not approve. We ended up taking them to court, they did not show up. Complete disrespect for my time, had to take a day off of work, lost more money, then reschedule to take another day off from work to return to court. Never a sorry or an explanation then "the guys had a bad day" REALLY, how is that my problem. I run an office with 7 staff, if they have a bad day, I make it right. The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Save yourself money and stress. Go with someone else. read more
