He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. The people working the office acted like DMV staff from the 1980s. That is, they are there to do you a favor. It should be called Safelite Communist Autoglass. But that would give Communism a bad name. I've never had to give any institution less than 3 stars. And I generally never even write a review unless it deserved 4 stars or more. But this business takes the cake for how inefficient and unprofessional it operates.
