He was able to get me an estimate in a couple of days and, when we agreed on the scope, was able to get started quickly. They didn't dawdle, exchanged a couple of howdies, got right to work. Within 10 minutes, trunk was popped, keys retrieved, crisis averted. This was more than amazing.
