It seems like a large, neat looking shopping center with anything you could ever want! Target, Giant, GameStop, Ross, Staples, Wawa...that's only what I've seen so far! There a few different strip malls in the shopping center, with plenty of stores to look at. It is very promising, and I look forward to coming back for anything I may need!

Mid-week is a great time to go because it is not too crowded. . Pro tip, if you are on vaca like I was, while driving to the outlet, take an exit off the highway / turnpike and take Valley Forge Rd through Valley Forge Park and see some of our nation's history.

There is plenty of parking, it's not too cramped and there is a light to get in and out which is great for a smaller shopping center. It's worth a stop, theres plenty to look at here in this shopping center.

The property manager of this place is a horrible person. I rented a car and had my car parked in…read morethe lot where I have done for YEARS. She has taken upon herself to have cars towed that are there more than 8 hours. My car was towed without any notice. There is No signage about long term parking . EXCEPT a small sign all the way down the other side of the lot, attached to the grocery store. There is NO way anyone would know. It is NOT POSTED WHERE YOU CAN SEE IT. I WILL NOT SHOP IN THIS DEVELOPMENT OR USE ANY SERVICES AS LONG AS SHE IS THERE.

Not to be confused with the Marketplace at Collegeville Shopping Center next door (although there is a small road in the middle that connects the two shopping centers) this shopping center has a McDonalds, Philly Pretzel Factory, a Wells Fargo and many smaller stores as well in the stripmall. This is a neat little shopping center with interesting stores and to me it is worth checking out more of it.
