Two years ago, a former small independent grocery space was empty. A great spot for Trader Joe's, I though. But nooooooo... Goodwill move up and into this larger spot. Oh, well. One can continue to hope.

This…read moreshopping center holds the Walmart of East Greenville, one of my favorite Walmarts around and one of my Mom's favorites too (it's about a half hour away from where I live in Souderton, we often like to make a special trip up here every once in a while). In addition to Walmart there are other stores such as Autozone, Wells Fargo Bank, Domino's, Supercuts and Gamestop to name more of the big name stores. What makes this shopping center better is the chocolate factory that sits next door which is awesome on a breezy day! The Shoppes At Upper Hanover is located in a great area which is wide open, full of space and very scenic. It's definitely worth a visit!

Marketplace At Plymouth is located on Ridge Pike in Conshohocken. This has an Ashley Homestore,…read more Michaels, Home Depot, BJ's Wholesale and the iconic IKEA (in addition to the IKEA North American headquarters right next door which is pretty neat). Theres plenty of parking for each section of the shopping center and Alan Wood Road (which comes from Ridge Pike) goes by all these sections so you can get to your store. I mainly visit here for IKEA (and occasionally BJ'S Wholesale) so it's a fun experience each time.

Shopping center houses, mainly Bed, Bath & Beyond, Giant foods, MicroCenter, TJ Maxx, and Homegoods, as anchors. Various other smaller stores as well. Formerly a historic shopping landmark for the department store history in the USA, this was originally the site of B. Altman's Department Store, built in 1965, closed in 1989, to be renovated into current property. The original mega-department store building still stands, and now houses Bed, Bath & Beyond / TJ Maxx / etc. The current center is easy to navigate (once you realize half the stores are around back), and there is a light to direct traffic in and out. Always a smooth experience. I do have to say, I only use it for Giant and MicroCenter, so I wish the old B. Altman's (or even the former, Filene's) was still there. My grandmother used to take me to B. Altman's when I was a kid, and it was so much more fun than box stores!

A medical clinic, Dairy Queen, Meixcan grill, Chinese restaurant, hair salon and such are here. When I was at Montco and I needed something, I would often come here because what doesn't the Metroplex have? Barnes and Noble, Lowes, Best Buy, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Dicks, Five Below, Old Navy, Ross, and Giant are some of the big names here, with many many other stores scattered throughout. If you need it, you're bound to find it in one of these stores. Black Friday could get a bit hectic, but the savings between all these stores and you're bound to get all your shopping done in one night! (As I often do). The first thing is, it is in a very convient location. Minutes from the exit off Interstate 476 and a few more for the exit off Interstate 276, for those who might live further like myself. There are a few entrances and exits to keep in mind. There is Chemical Road, which has a light and is the more crowded exit, and there is Gallagher Road on the side which also has a light and is less crowded. There are also three more exits onto Gallagher Road, without lights. Getting around isn't too bad, there are a few big roads going through the shopping center that branch off to get you to any store you need. If you want to get around all the bustle of the center of the shopping center, there is a road that goes around the back of most of the stores, linking exits onto Gallagher Road and Chemical Road, with entrances to various points of the Metroplex. All in all, Metroplex is amazing and one of my favorite shopping centers of all time. It is definitely an experience, one which in would reccomend to the highest degree if you love shopping.

There is also bath and body works, bed baths, and a lot of stores. This place has a large parking lot and is designed to walk through. There are couple.of outlet stores too provides great value.
