He had the necessary parts in his truck, he tried a few different solutions until he found the one he deemed best, and he repaired a few other issues he noticed. He was responsive, professional, efficient, and effective. I did not experience this level of service from other glass businesses I called that refused the work because they were not the original installers of the glass. We needed two stained glass pieces for a custom kitchen cabinet and a full length stained glass piece for a new door we were integrating off the kitchen. Pam was a delight to work with and made the process so much fun! She was very responsive to our needs, walked us through some minor adjustments we needed to make our concept drawings to make them "work" as stained glass pieces, assisted us (and our clients) with selecting all of the different glass that were to be used in the piece, kept us updated on her progress with photos, and finished the pieces within the time frame we agreed to. Best of all, the works of art she created for our project are stunning! Our clients absolutely LOVE the custom stained glass and the pieces make our renovation project for them really shine. I am looking forward to having the opportunity to work with Pam again!
