I expect this will mean plastic flakes in our drinking water again so it's very frustrating because I spoke with Samsung and a rep from Hometown Heroes (?) to the extent I thought the object was clear. I was also told by HH that we'd need to wait longer for an appointment because a certain tech was desired and then he wasn't the one who visited us. The tech who visited didn't seem to be aware of the situation either.

Most importantly, he was able to fit us in with less than 24 hours notice which was a lifesaver. It was a challenging job and we still got great value out of it! We will be calling on Tim again when we have another home repair project above my very limited abilities!
