We also had growing difficulties and concerns with the HOA, and we wanted the whole big house in the 'burbs with a white picket fence for the dog. Paul Baker was wonderful from the start; he was honest, realistic, friendly, communicative, and professional at all times. He offered helpful feedback and suggestions. He truly seemed interested in having our best interests in mind when it came time to accept and negotiate offers on our home. I knew selling our home would be difficult, but the buyer's situation made it even more difficult. Dealing with the closing (TWO extensions later), which involved hunting and gathering several documents, photos, receipts, and having repairs made - it was definitely one of the most mentally and emotionally draining things I've EVER had to go through. Paul handled my panicked, ranting e-mails and text messages with ease. Information and requests were made in a timely manner, and even when he was on vacation he was still available to us. I really could not be happier with Paul. To think that in 2013, we spoke with another realtor who encouraged us to stop paying our mortgage - it speaks volumes of Paul's integrity that he can roll with the big boys and the million dollar listings, but he isn't afraid to sacrifice some time for those of us who won't bankroll so much. We are 100% using Paul when we are ready to purchase another home, and in the meantime I will recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor.

She made it her top priority to make sure I got what I was looking for, and that I would be happy in my purchase.
