After visiting several dealerships, we stopped in at MetroWest Acura. The other dealerships that we had visited to search new and used SUV's were overpriced, pushy, rude, etc. , When we visited MetroWest Acura, we found the complete opposite situation and were very impressed by Eric Fleming, Sales Consultant. He was very helpful and informative, and he allowed us to go with him to test drive a used SUV. Then, he also allowed us to test another even without going along with us. After we were very happy with the second SUV, and the Sales Manager, Justin Dune, was extremely nice to agree on many extra updates to the SUV after he checked into it. We were never pushed or rushed. We didn't need to complain about the price or negotiate. The price of the SUV was very fair, and we were even offered extras along with it. Since this SUV was an older model, we were also helped by Nickolas DiBendedetto,, Product Specialist and very knowledgeable. All three of those men were wonderful along with others that were also very friendly and spoke with us about their experiences. Everyone there were very friendly, caring, kind and thoughtful. Sharing my experience so others can be careful. I booked tire replacement and alignment through MetroWest Acura's online scheduler after receiving a 10% promotional email. At the time of booking, the screen displayed a discounted total price $1,223.81, which I accepted and relied on. When I picked up the car, the final bill was significantly higher at $1453 and I was told that tires were excluded from the discount, even though that exclusion was not clear during booking. I don't have a screenshot because I didn't expect the dealership's own system to change pricing after booking, but I booked based on what was shown to me at the time. I think that this is their plan to defraud unsuspecting customers who would otherwise go to Costco or BJ's for the tire replacement. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! read more

Initially, things went well. I was encouraged and promised that the "full" cost of my previous lease would be covered in order to make the deal happen. There were no issues at first. However, they only issued part of the payment and declined to provide the remaining balance. I had multiple conversations with both a sales representative and someone from finance, and I clearly explained that my previous leasing company would issue the final bill later--and that the amount could be higher. Everyone was aware of this. Long story short, they are now unwilling to honor their word or the agreement. The sales representative was extremely focused on getting a positive review from me. He asked several times whether I had received the survey email and even told me what score to give him. I completed it in good faith, but in retrospect, I did so too early. Once the issue with the remaining payment came up, he stopped responding to my messages. He also ignored me when I followed up about a specific car feature that I had explicitly asked about and was assured the car had--but it turns out it does not. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I am still dealing with the situation. read more

TLDR: Gross lack of accountability, a waste of time and blatantly disrespectful Damaged my property and then tried to dodge accountability. Tried to gas light me into believing they were somehow not culpable; ended up having to meet the PLANT MANAGER in person to discuss. At which point, still would not accept accountability but agreed to pay 50% of the repair. When finally completed a week later, they asked me to drive another 20 minutes out of the way to pick up the a portion of my property that was lost in transit. Kevin Hagerty needs to set his service standards higher for himself and his team. As a family who has always purchased Acura, from this dealer I will ensure that our family discontinues any future dealings with Metrowest Next time, small claims court might actually be a quicker, honest and effective process. read more

I had a very bad experience.. The service manager could learn from his own employees how to treat a customer.. After leaving my car for diagnosis of an electrical problem (with an appointment), they called me the next day to say that it wasn't possible to find the problem and that they would need more time. However, I would be charged $250. I thought it was reasonable, so I authorized it. The next day they called me saying the same thing, they hadn't been able to find it, that I needed to authorize the continuation, and I would be charged another $250. They also couldn't guarantee that they would find the problem. I no longer thought that was reasonable, so after a conversation with the manager, he asked me for 3-4 hours to continue looking without giving any guarantee that they would find the problem. He wanted to charge me $960 just to KEEP LOOKING, without any guarantee.. Then he told me that the hourly rate was around $250.Then I started to wonder. **BUYER BEWARE** Bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with 50k miles from here, thought I would get a good deal. Not only did the finance manager add an extended warranty into the contract without asking, to which he said nothing, until I pointed it out. I couldn't understand how the car was $2,100.00 dollars more, but he did me the favor of adding an extended warranty I never would or could use. After pointing it out, the finance manager lowered the price so much, I thought ok. That was before I knew and read up on warranties, which is exactly the type they LOVE to PREY on. Eventually, I signed, only after he told me I could cancel at any time. I did eventually cancel the extended warranty, and now my payment of 4 years is almost up. Guess what? They still have not sent in the refund from the extended warranty. Not only that, they changed names, and the 4 times I have called since, they have yet to return my call. Listen, they are all about you when you are buying, but after, good luck. Even my bank called me to tell me they haven't received the refund from them, and MetroWest, and/or Herb Connolly, haven't answered or gotten back to me yet. It is more than likely, I will continue to get a hard time from them, until I finish paying my car off. Luckily, the paperwork is most likely in my car glove comparment, because I save paperwork for exact scenarios like this, so the bank will go after them. Overall, anyone can sell you a new car that works great, but these guys will try to take advanatge of you every step of the way. I went there for a service recall, they trying charging me $185.00, till I said no, and was going to walk away. Then they just happen to do it for free. Weird, or if you're not paying attention they will screw you. Lastly, when I first bought the car, wanted to make sure it was good, so I had the mechanics check it, which they charged me $145.00 for. After thinking back, why would I take it to the same place I bought it, yet they didn't care and took my money, and they'll take yours. read more

My family had gotten all Acura cars since 2006 from here. I've always brought them here for all the services as well. I believe in doing my part to build good client relationships. Things were 100% better when it was the original owners. With the new ownership, everything went downhill quickly. From removing snacks, to not allowing competitor coupons, to subpar quality service advisors, it's very disappointing. Now that they're finally posting coupons again, their oil change coupon saved less than $3 from the normal price! Other dealers' offers were at least $20 lower. A drive out to one of the other dealers may be worth it! read more

Is a shitty shady dealership that sells a car that you are waiting on financing for right out from under you! How do you tell a potential customer to come back on Monday because the Finance manager is not available on weekends and then turn around and sell the vehicle on Saturday? Shady customer servic. I myself bought a vehicle from the previous owners of the dealership, but will now be taking my car to a different dealership for any issues or service. Real great place to get your Acura serviced fast and at a good price and the technician are good

Worst experience ever! I had a 2021 TLX that I wanted to buy for my husband and asked how I could put a down payment on it to hold it and no one got back to me and they sold it to someone else! They had another 2021 TLX that was coming off a lease, so I waited 3 weeks for that and received the car when it was dark out after waiting 2 1/2 hours there for it . My husband couldn't drive it right away due to having surgery so it only was driven once by me. The next week we noticed that the car had damage to the passenger rear wheel. We brought the car back and was told it couldn't possibly left their lot looking like that so we must have damaged it. So insulting! The leaser was contacted and he told us that he did the damage to the car and service has the pictures and when I called one of the managers to tell them that, I was told that he was 100% sure that was true! Again, insulting! I tried many times to reach the owner/gm Brian Cho to speak to him but he never returned my emails or calls. My husband and I finally went in again to complain and get the damage fixed and saw Mr. Cho, who sent it to a body shop (we were initially told it was a touch up paint job and a bit of body work). We never got an apology and any restitution for all of this! We got nothing but disrespect from this place. read more
