Great price for an interior detail, and they stuck with the price even though it was probably a little more work than expected. They did make a mess of a parking lot, as what happens when you do that type of thing, but my neighbors started crying because the dirty water was running on to the freshly painted lines. I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away. read more

I requested an interior detail. I don't want to exaggerate, but I was blown away by the quality of the work. The guy who came even managed to get stains out that were there when I bought the car used! He worked non-stop for almost three hours (during a heatwave, I'll add). The car was spotless inside, basically like new. And to top it off, this was the cheapest quote I got after searching through Yelp, so it's a great value. I'm very happy with the cleaning provided by glow Auto Detail--very competitive rates, responsive and helpful communication, quick availability (they came the day after I called!), and thorough job. My 8 year old car had ground in dirt from 1 kid and 2 dogs (and 2 adults who sometimes ate in the car). In ~4 hours, my car went from gross to so so clean. I submitted a request for an estimate on interior-only detailing on a Sunday. They responded within ~30 minutes with the best price out of the 3 estimates we received, and within an hour we had the work scheduled. They came to our home the next day and worked diligently until the interior of our 10 y/o RAV4 literally looked like a brand new car! Stains were gone on the upholstery and there wasn't a surface unpolished. All he needed was access to an outlet. We've never used a detailing service before because we're a frugal DIY family, but I wanted to be able to have friends ride in our old car with pride. Mission accomplished! I was looking for a very specific service (Clay bar paint restore) plus waxing my classic antique car. I am very picky because this is a true Barn Find! My car is over 70 years old, and the last 40 years it have been in a barn covered by a blue tarp. Keeping the old patina is very important to me. Before the exterior detailing we discussed every detail which I wanted and was acceptable to me. Even during the process I was contacted and updated with Juans proceeding and suggestions. I went with his suggestions. The end result came out amazing, it was exactly what i imagined. The paint got darker, but you could still see the original patina of this car. I am very happy and suggest if people have special needs for their car care to go see Juan. Holy crap, they did such an amazing job! Last year I got my car detailed at a chain place and they were AWFUL. So I was nervous. But they went above and beyond my expectations. I've had many dogs in my car getting it hairy and wet and muddy. I don't have a shop vac so there was like years worth of crumbs and stuff in the cracks. And just a couple days ago my friend spilled an entire soda in there. My car was BAD. Like, seats deeply stained, dirt and dust and crap everywhere. I can't even believe the difference. I feel bad for writing this review but just a cautionary tale. Juan seems to do a good job at detailing, but I would not recommend to get a wrap done by him. 1st: The turnaround time was supposed to be a day, I do not drive my car a lot during the week, so I left the car with him Wednesday night. He was supposed to do a roof wrap, side mirrors and a chrome trim delete. He told me it should be ready by Thursday afternoon Max Friday Morning. He would also give me a call with a precise pick-up time. I did not receive the car until Saturday afternoon. He has my car for 4 days and the job looked rushed. 2nd: The work, I am not sure what material he used but it does not seem like it was a vinyl wrap, It does not seem like a heat gun was used to apply whatever material he used. Also as stated before he was supposed to wrap my roof including the fin, side mirrors and chrome delete the trim. When I came to pick up my car the roof, without the fin was wrapped and the chrome trimming was also wrapped. The job seems so sloppy, the trim still shows chrome here and there as well as the trim was not cut straight, and some edges were not fully stuck on the side. The side mirrors were not wrapped, which had me question why I left the car there for all those days and not everything I asked for was completed. 3RD: The distrust, I called Juan the day before I dropped off the car and asked him if I should wash the car before hand to help with time. Juan assured me he will wash the car before putting on the wrap. HE DID NOT WASH THE CAR, this infuriated me the most because I was willing to wash the car beforehand. I am not sure why he would think to wrap a car that was not washed and prepped would be a good idea. When I got my car back you can clearly see the dirt bumps and pollen bumps through the wrap. I took the wrap off as soon as I got home, so it does not damage the paint. 4th: The follow up, Juan did not accept payment due to the fact he knew the job was bad and rushed, I do respect him for that, but he should not advertise he does wraps when he clearly cannot. Juan told me he will call me to schedule another time, till this day he has not contacted me for another day and time. I was willing to give him another chance, but he just went ghost. I did get my car rewrapped by Boston Custom Works in Salem which I am 100 percent satisfied with. Once again, I do not recommend this place for wraps, I was going to see if he can detail my girlfriend's car but since I had a bad experience and Juan didn't rectify the problem I will not do business with him. EDIT: REPLYING BACK TO YOUR COMMENT: Juan it saddens me you lie like this. My phone is always in working order. You also could of texted me, we did text back and fourth before or left me a voicemail. I waited 3 weeks for you to contact me to fix your work and you did not. Please do not lie and say you contacted me when we both know you made no attempt. Good luck with your business hope you do not give any other customers false hope and taking a job that may be out your element. read more
