Then finally did and made an appointment calling the 949 number listed. Showed up just to find out that the office address they gave me was now permanently closed until next tax season. So total waste of my time. Trying hard now to get another appointment at an office that actually is open. Been on hold for 15 minutes now. This place blows. All the while my IRS deadline is ticking.
