Right from the start she took over and told me not to worry about anything, it was all in her hands. She immediately immersed herself in my case, providing me with important information necessary to navigate through the daunting situation - i.e. paperwork explaining the process, forms I needed to bring to doctor's appointments and for mileage reimbursement - all things I never knew I needed, or was entitled to. Erin explained in detail what to expect, and was honest about the merits of my case, whether or not it was what I wanted to hear. She listened to me, was very attentive and was happy to address any questions or concerns that I or my wife had; if she didn't know the answers, she researched and got them. We spoke directly with her whenever we called; if she wasn't available, she was always prompt in returning our calls (or emails we sent to her). She was flexible for meetings and arranged her schedule to accommodate us, as we live 45 minutes away from her office. In addition, her staff is wonderful and always communicated with us through phone calls and emails to keep me updated on the status of my case. When we needed to go into mediation, my wife and I were SO impressed with Erin's knowledge of my case; she presented the facts with precision, never once referring to my file (as thick as a big city phone book) to clarify any of the details regarding events, dates, doctors, surgeries, etc. that I had experienced up to that point, which by then was two YEARS after my injury. After that meeting, Erin presented me with my options and let me make the decision on how I wanted to proceed. I was able to settle the case in a way that let me put the case behind me so that I could move on with my life and concentrate on my recovery.
