Then Mike shows up -- cool, professional, and damn sure knows his stuff. Within no time, he had diagnosed the issue, explained it in a way that actually made sense, and had it fully repaired and safe like it never happened. He's not one of these guys just swapping parts and hoping for the best -- Mike's a licensed electrician who truly understands the work. You can tell he's got years of experience under his belt, and he actually cares about doing things right, clean, and up to code. If you want someone who's honest, sharp, and gets the job done the first time, do yourself a favor and call Mike. This is who I'm calling for anything electrical from here on out.

When I purchased my fans, it never occurred to me to ask if they would reverse. So when I tried to…read morereverse them when cooler weather hit, I couldn't figure out what was wrong. The instructions pamphlet said there was a switch on the wall outlet but I couldn't find it. So I stopped by Inline to ask their advice. I figured I could probably order a remote or something. Beth Swann (the Regional Showroom Sales Manager) just happened to be in the Athens store that day and so she contacted the company that made the fans. She was told that there was a button on the motor so she arranged for an electrician to come check it out. Surprisingly, he couldn't find a switch at all. And even if there had been one, there was no way for me to access the fan in the great room. The ceiling there is 20' high. Now at this point, it would have been easy for Inline to say, "Sorry. Buyer beware!" but they didn't. My two fans would have to be replaced. Beth sent several suggestions of other fans that were similar. And without hesitation and during the busy Christmas holiday, Beth ordered the replacement fans. She arranged for removal of my existing fans and installation of the new ones. This was no easy feat. The ladder required in the great room has to come on a special truck and just getting that huge thing in the house was not easy or inexpensive. Inline absorbed the cost of all that. They did everything possible to make a bad situation better. I am very pleased with my new fans and want everyone to know how hard InIine worked to make that happen.
