I must say, in the many years I have used the services of a travel agency, I have never once encountered such unprofessionalism as I have in my interactions with this agency. First, the lack of transparency in their service fees is appalling. Charging $40 per person to print airline tickets is absolutely obsene. Second, when I brought the phantom charges to the owner's attention, her response was nonchalant and her tone was condescending. Third, she refused to refund my credit card. When questioned about it, I was told the refund amount will be set up on my cruise onboard account, that agreement was never fulfilled. Once again, the lack of professionalism and follow through permeate through every services they offer. Fourth, I had to contact and remind them, once again of the refund/agreement. After almost 6 months, they finally issued my refund, however, the amount was only half of the dollar total that was agreed upon, when questioned, the owner responded that she did not remember our agreement amount and that she did not have written documentation. Knowing who I was dealing with, I was ready to produce written proof, it was only then that she said, "my bad". Do yourself a favor and take your hard- earned money to another travel agency.

I don't know how you went from a 5 star company, to a negative star company in a little over a year, in my opinion. I used your company in January of 2024 and the service was beyond excellent. There was a miscommunication on my upcoming 2026 trip and you decided to ASK ME TO CALL YOU when I made a comment on Facebook. I was willing to pass it off as you were having a bad day but since you took the step of blocking me on Facebook, I decided to do a review. I was actually hoping to use you for another 2026 trip since you were not available for my "upcoming 2026 trip" but after the rude and argumentative attitude by you during our conversation yesterday, I would rather walk to PHL. You mentioned numerous times you were an ex U.S. Marine and each time you said that, I thanked you for your service but the fact that you were an ex U.S. Marine does not give you the right to speak to me the way you did. You may not know, but I am a senior citizen and you should have given me the respect due to any human being, especially a senior citizen.
