We used Zark Limo for their airport services for the first time as the service we usually used went out of business. The owner of the company picked us up for our early flight, and was there 15 minutes before our scheduled pickup time. He was super nice and accomodating, never felt rushed. When I flew back (I came back a day earlier than the rest of my party), I received a text from the driver, David, letting me know he was there and his location. He met me at the escalator and grabbed my luggage off the carousel for me. Such a great driver and I felt super safe as a female traveling by herself. Where they dropped the ball was with the rest of my party. They had to alter their trip due to a gift change. My sister emailed the company July 9th the changes. Zark never updated their records, therefore not being at the gate to pickup the rest of my party. They ended up ordering a Lyft to take them home. I suppose you can say that I would recommend this company if you don't have to make any changes to your reservation after initial booking. read more

Professional service from start to finish. Hired for my sons' JR - SR Prom. Accommodated all of the different pick ups/drop off/times with no extra fees (another limo service charged for that). 24-hours ahead of schedule, they called to confirm all addresses/times etc. So, everything was very planned and coordinated. Driver was dressed as good as the kids going to the prom and was more than courteous. I felt safe putting my kids in the car with him. Would definitely recommend and use again. read more

Terrible experience with this company. Had to call back repeatedly three days in a row to request contracts, only to have them release a vehicle to another customer in the middle of trying to secure the contracts. Then we made a few changes and they pulled the entire weeks worth of reservations from us. Linda, was the worst! She didn't return calls, then stated the company owner had been burned before?! WTF - They wanted our credit card before we ever received a contract to review. If there was a way to take away stars I would. read more

Awesome trip . Second time using this limo company for a day trip to New York City with family in a year and never a problem . Driver Jose I used about a year ago and was great , requested him this time around and they sent over Joey , he was just as good ! Great guide , knows all the shortcuts and very helpful . Arranged pick-up for family at PHL for week at the shore and then return to PHL. Family reported everything worked out great- driver Joanne met them on time and drove a back route avoiding the jammed Saturday traffic. Pick-up for the return was right on the dot and family reports drive back went fine. Vehicles spotless inside and out, both drivers very professional and helpful. Making the arrangements was a breeze, ladies in the office very helpful and informative. We've used Zark in the past and will plan to do so again! Very pleased with their service! read more

Terrible. The bus driver was taking his job seriously but treated my guests like children on the way to the wedding. He also stopped picking people up a half hour before he was supposed to and left my in laws stranded. We had to find sober friends to pick them up and take them to the hotel. How embarrassing is that? I called the company that Monday and when they got the driver's story it was 2 different stories completely. The man just stopped picking people up. I heard our caterer was upset about something and there was an altercation with a guest. If the driver didn't feel comfortable coming back to the venue then be honest about it. Telling the manager that no one else was there was a complete lie and then telling them that the people outside (me and my husband's friends) told him no one needed a ride. We were all waiting outside until almost 1am. I got a very small refund but man I was pretty mad. read more
