Alyssa was a great listener and offered creative suggestions to what I wanted. The cookies arrived in their own individual packaging, in bubble wrap to prevent breaking and on time for distribution. They were all sugar cookies with different designs and were so delicious. I had to stop myself from eating the ones that were designated for gifting . On the other occasion, my friend wanted to celebrate her daughter's birthday by doing a Virtual Paint Party (due to the Pandemic), so I ordered cookies from Oh My Grace Treats to add to the favor boxes and once again Alyssa did not disappoint. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parking is a bit tough because the lot across and nearby is almost always full, but if you are going in to grab something, you could probably park right infront of the store for a couple of minds to just grab the cupcakes and go. I've been wanting to try Smallcakes for a while, and I finally got the chance to do so recently. I got the Strawberry and Cream, Lemon Drop, and, of course, the Dubai Chocolate cupcakes. I was so excited to taste all of them. However, I was so disappointed. The Strawberry and Cream was not bad, and the Lemon Drop was okay. The Dubai Chocolate was the most disappointing since it just tasted like a regular chocolate cupcake and not Dubai Chocolate at all. All of the cupcakes were dry and on the bland side. The flavors were just weren't there, and the cupcakes just did not taste fresh to me. They weren't the worst, but I've had better grocery store-bought cupcakes.
