Pro tip: Don't be intimidated by the stoic, standoffish staff at the deli counter or the register. Enjoy the culinary experience wandering their grocery aisles and remember your shopping bag(s) to package up your purchases. Because I had also stocked up at the other market in Tacoma, I noticed similarities in the product availability. However, I was able to find other things of interest especially in the smoked meats, condiments, chocolates, and biscuits areas. I enjoyed looking closely at their wine and spirits section...unique labels I would not find at my usual Ravenna wine shop in Seattle.
