We had a superb tasting here with owner/winemaker Felix Meyer. This house is making some of the best wines in the region. You taste in the tasting room at their home, looking over the castle and vineyards. Highly recommended! read more

Up until recently I'd never had Pinot Blanc before. Ive come to learn that it is a pinot noir grape that has some sort of mutation, The pinot noir vine may have all black grapes and then one cluster of white. Crazy what happens in nature. For those of us who enjoy wine, Meyer Fonne, an Alsatian vintner, produces an interesting white that is honey/smoke/stone fruit flavors; on the verge of a late harvest/noble rot style dessert wine. read more
