We have no complaints with her other than she does get busy and the schedule fills up quickly. There were times we had to see the other pediatrician, Dr. Alejo, instead due to scheduling. We found Dr. Alejo to be soooo personable and always went out of his way to ensure we were informed and cared for. Because of this, we switched over to Dr. Alejo as the PCP and are so happy with the service he provides. OBGYN - Dr. Du and Verina (NP) were the two I most often saw during my pregnancy. Both extremely friendly, personable and will take the time to answers questions, otherwise, office visits are standard and quick. Great experiences overall with both! Office has gone through extensive renovations and is very modern, clean and spacious. There is even a little seating area for the kids with a tv to keep them occupied / entertained while waiting. Located in the same plaza as The Habit / Sprouts / Ross. Shared parking lot with ample amount of spaces, never an issue.

A friend recommended this clinic, and I'm glad I listened. From check-in to checkout, the entire process was smooth. The staff were kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable right away. I expected the referral process to take days, but they handled it quickly and kept me updated. When I needed medication, the prescription was sent out without delay. It's rare to find a clinic where everyone genuinely seems to care about helping patients. Their efficiency, professionalism, and friendly attitude turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive experience. I would definitely return and recommend them to family and friends.

Oh, please. If there's a zero star, the NP deserve a zero star. I was calling them today like 3…read moretimes regarding my mom's lab results. They keep saying: "oh, we're busy right now, we'll calling u back." It never happens. All lies. Zero calls back. Worst one, the NP was yelled and didn't even want to listen to the complain, and hung up. Waow! What a service! Super epic. They called, inform about "something" that wasn't a clear instruction, and wanted us to check with a neuro specialist. How to communicate with the next doctor, if the instruction I received wasn't clear? If u inform something to someone, and someone communicate it to someone else, and it became unclear what do you want, cannot give response back, get the hell out pls. Do it yourself. Don't care what u want anymore. When I asked, "nicely"... their response was: oh, we're VERY busy right now, we WILL call you back. PRETT!! "Liar!" And the NP was saying: "don't u understand that we're VERY BUSY!!" "You need to listen to me!" (When she's the one NOT listening!) (After I called 3x and waited for them to call back like almost 8 hours???) Don't u think I AM NOT BUSY MA'AM? I was "too busy" waiting for your response, just to ask, what do u want from the neuro? From the kidney doctor? What the hell u want? Explain it nicely, not so complicated ma'am "busy-in-the-world." I'm sure the doctor is a nice person, but NOT the ma'am NP! She's a fucking bullshit!!! Not a profesional at all. They tend to hanging up their phone OR just blocked u into a busy line, so when u called them, NOONE (like literally noone) will pickup the phone OR listen to your voicemails. Their phone is broken, just like their heart is broken. Probably, just come to their busy office, and see how "busy" they are blocking people's phones call to make a very QUIET room. Wow!! Applause to their profesionalism. That's how they got their profesional degree. Just blocking people's phone, and do prescription till their patient's kidney is broken.

I rarely leave reviews. When I do, it's because something went egregiously wrong…read more Ian and his team might be great at massage therapy. Unfortunately, they are unprofessional, poorly organized, and they apparently have zero respect for your time. I originally booked an appointment through the Ian's Calendly system. That appointment was later rescheduled at the last minute (less than 24 hours before the appointment) due to Ian's "Memorial Day weekend plans", despite the appointment being scheduled for the day *after* Memorial Day and appearing as available on his Calendly page. I accommodated the change and adjusted my schedule. The replacement appointment then failed as well. At 8:46 AM on the day of the re-scheduled appointment (scheduled for 12pm), Ian texted me that he was "currently at the airport" and that his flight "ended up being delayed just now." While flight delays happen, this meant my re-appointment had been scheduled on a day that depended on same-day air travel, seemingly just hours apart. What followed was the most frustrating part. Rather than proactively managing the situation, providing a clear update, or giving me a phone call, I was left in limbo until the last minute, trying to determine whether the appointment was actually going to happen. I ultimately had to reach out myself while reorganizing my workday once again around an appointment that never occurred. The result: two failed appointments, two last-minute schedule changes, and a bunch of wasted time. After expressing my frustration and explaining that I had rearranged my day around this appointment, I expected at least a phone call, a sincere apology, or some acknowledgment that the situation had been handled poorly. Instead, Ian's response to the situation was... absolutely nothing. No phone call. No meaningful apology. No ownership. No attempt to make things right. Communication was limited to brief text messages, primarily through an "assistant" named Caroline. To this point, I still do not know whether Caroline is an employee, a virtual assistant, or a scheduling service, because nobody from his business ever personally contacted me to discuss what happened. Given that Ian's team maintains a strict 24-hour cancellation / rescheduling policy, I figured they would understand the value of time. Unfortunately, it appears that they value their own time, but not yours or mine. Mistakes happen. Travel plans change. Flights get delayed. But customer time shouldn't be collateral damage to sloppy planning on the part of a service provider. The true measure of a business is how it responds when things go wrong. In my case, Ian's business failed to honor two scheduled appointments, failed to communicate effectively, and failed to take responsibility afterward. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend these guys.

Found this place on TikTok and saw several impressive videos and reviews, so I decided to book an…read moreappointment for my wife and me. I had been needing a massage for a while. Upon arrival, the place was very clean and spotless, with cool, relaxing vibes. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. My wife enjoyed her massage, as hers was more on the simple side. A sports massage was perfect for her needs, and she left feeling relaxed and satisfied. As for me, I tend to need more intensive work. I explained to my therapist that I'm a former national-level athlete who has always taken body maintenance seriously and that I have a high pain tolerance, so I was comfortable with deeper pressure. I also mentioned specific issues: weakness in my left shoulder during pressing movements due to tightness, and tightness running from my right bicep tendon into my forearm. He spent a good amount of time on my upper back, using ART techniques and Graston tools to pinpoint the problem areas. He mentioned that my muscle density was higher than average, which made the work a bit different--understandable. He checked in multiple times to see how I was feeling, which I appreciated. That said, I'll admit I'm a tough client to please since I've been spoiled by excellent therapists in the Bay Area in the past. My main concern came when he worked on my forearm with the tool. The pressure was more aggressive than expected. From my experience, most therapists know how to balance releasing tension without causing unnecessary trauma. Unfortunately, this felt like more trauma than release, as I experienced significant swelling and bruising immediately afterward. My only feedback would be to apply less pressure to promote release rather than causing tissue trauma. Overall, I'd recommend this place for everyday clients. However, athletes or those needing more specialized, performance-focused bodywork may require a different approach. I'd rate this spot a 3/5.
