I don't usually leave reviews, but I really wanted to for this visit. Everything moved quickly from the moment I walked in, which meant a lot because I was panicking. My throat was swelling, I could barely speak, and it was becoming difficult to breathe normally. I didn't catch the name of the woman at the front desk who checked me in and gave me my injection, and I'm sorry for that. She stayed calm, explained everything clearly, and treated me with genuine kindness when I was scared. Dr. Amrit Dillon came in quickly, took my condition seriously, and after the injection he came back more than once to check my swelling and make sure I was improving. That extra attention really gave me peace of mind. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. What may have been routine care for them meant a great deal to me as a patient experiencing these symptoms for the first time. Thank you all for taking such good care of me. read more

I had a nice experience on this urgent care when I went there last December for the first time, I had a bad flu and the Dr. was very nice and listens, very accommodating. I was able to be given antibiotic and the next day I felt better and continued my medication. Now, I'm bringing in my son later this afternoon because I like the Dr. and the place is nice and clean and most of all no waiting for long time.I will definitely comeback here again when needed. Never again the doctor billed me later and i called the front desk and she said she "handled" the misunderstanding only later to find out it was sold to debt collectors thanks. I dislocated my pinky finger. The nurses and doctors were so nice and explained everything very well. The doctor gave me a shot to numb my finger and popped it back into place. When I arrived at my appointment time, the provider had just left for lunch and would not be back for an hour. I was invited to wait or come back. Awful experience, the one girl at the front was rude and sassy. She didn't have any answers to basic questions and she would give me rude looks when I would ask. The place is not "urgent" and I left within minutes of being there. You know when you can just tell a Urgent Care is not going to give you a proper care and brush off your symptoms, this was how I Feel. Your health is important, they clearly do not care about it. This is the first time that I have been to an urgent care that I didn't have to wait 16922736 mins just to see what's wrong. This place was very clean, organize and up to date! Also this is the very first office I've been to where filling out paperwork was on an iPad and not a but load of paperwork! That made everything so much easier. Awful practices conducted at this clinic. It was right after Christmas and my usual dermatologist is out of the office so I went into the clinic to see a medical doctor regarding a red bump on my skin and hoping to find a potential resolution. The PA I saw didn't follow any medical protocols and decided to use his bare hands to try to squeeze my bump without any explanation. He was so rough with my bump to the point where it was gushing blood and I almost passed out. After the holidays I had to go back to my regular dermatologist for reexamination and the issue got worse and I still have a remaining scar. When I called back to the clinic to explain the issue, the PA was very agitated and started yelling at me. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to see a professional medical professional. read more

This urgent care location is nice and all but good luck getting them to open at 8am. The people that are supposed to open this clinic at 8am are "ALWAYS" LATE. If you are trying to get there early, save yourself the trouble because it will be closed and you will see a line of people waiting to get seeing early. Also, they will bill you even after you paid them on the day of the visit. They bill you and then you are left to handle calling their collection company which claims you didn't pay. So, if you pay cash, card, whatever it may be, I urge you to save your payment receipts as you will need this as proof of payment in case they try to bill you for their services again. Took my mother there because she needed stitches on her arm. The office staff & medical assistance Corinna & Gaby were very kind & professional. The facility was very clean. The Healthcare provider Doctor Amrit Dhillon took very good care of my mother, he explained everything he did before cleaning her wound. Taking his time as he gently patched her up. They called in her medication so I was able to pick it up right away. I was very pleased with the care she received there...they even called the next day to check on her. read more

Had to drop by unfortunately for what probably wasn't ER worthy but also shouldn't wait the two weeks it'd take to get a PCP appointment. Long story short the PA Amrit has always been amazing in his care as a provider. Nothing was ever too small or insignificant if it bothered you. And as others have mentioned, the lack of wait time is a huge perk. Compared to other urgent cares that are starting to become more like ERs in their wait time you'll be out in an hour or less here. Hopefully you'll never have to in the first place, but if you ever need help this is the place to go. read more

Took way too long for the office to send the prescription. They told me it will be ready after one hour and still not sent in to pharmacy after 3 hours. I have to keep calling the clinic and waited at pharmacy for a long time. The office ladies attitude was rude and impatient. read more

Due to an emergency, we visited Express Urgent Care 90 minutes before closing time. After a short wait, filling out the application, and getting insurance forms, we were admitted. The physician and the nurse who assisted us were all extremely courteous and caring. My only feedback is that the front desk can be a little more friendly! read more

This urgent care is based on reviews so let's just put it out there. My son needed urgent care and called all urgent care near me all of them NOTIFIED me that my insurance will be out of network. Until I got a hold of this urgent care. They stated that they accepted my insurance and the only out of pocket expense will be my co pay. Drove about 15 miles- got the care my son needed and paid the copay. Until, we got a bill. That they were ACTUALLY out of network and have to pay $700! Tried calling them but they are no help. Called my insurance and they stated that they tried filing for multiple claims and they can't get my insurance to pay since they stated that my insurance were covered. Trying to get any penny from my insurance. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SCAMMED! read more

Was feeling sick and needed to get a check up before I could return to work. I was able to do a walk in appointment and the entire staff was very helpful and paitent. They were also very efficient so the visit did not take long at all. Something I think that helped them stand out to me was a few days later, I recieved a follow up call to make sure I was still doing okay and to make sure I didnt have any questions. I had to do a last minute walk in today and luckily for me they allowed it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Not long after I checked in and sat down I was already brought in, didn't even have to wait eight minutes, it felt less than that! The nurses and the doctor are so nice and I could tell they were genuinely concerned about my health and would make sure that I got the best treatment that I needed. Dr.Dhillion really knows his stuff. It only took him one examination with me to know what my condition was and what I needed to do to take care of it. My wife went into this facility with a broken toe. They advertised having an onsite x-ray machine, but when she got there, they made her go to a different facility quite far away. They then double charged my wife. When my wife attempted to refute the extra charge, they were rude and unhelpful. They're non-responsive, uncooperative, disingenuous , and lazy. Kaiser didn't have any appointments today to evaluate my painful ear infection and related symptoms. I called Express and they said there was no wait. When I got there, there was nobody waiting in the lobby, so I really was able to walk right in after filling out some forms-- and surprisingly, they even take Kaiser. So I got my condition looked at and was in and out of their office, and had prescriptions, all inside of an hour. Total cost? $15.00 since they are going to bill Kaiser. This place puts Kaiser to shame, no joke. Moving forward, I'm just going to go here instead of the Kaiser urgent care. 10/10. My one criticism is that I had no idea that the physician assistant who treated me, PA-C Dhillon, was not a doctor and was nominally working under a doctor's supervision. He was wearing plain scrubs with no name tag or any indication of his credentials. I realize this was a simple case, and this is exactly the same thing they do at Kaiser, but it still would have been helpful to have disclosure that he was working under supervision and I wasn't actually going to see the doctor. I'm still not deducting any stars because I got exactly what I needed in a very efficient fashion, and I have no complaints. read more

I had a great experience here. The front desk was nice and quick at getting me checked in she helped me with the paperwork which was all done conveniently on my phone. I only had a 10 minute wait which is awesome. I'm used to waiting hours to be seen at other urgent cares. The Doctor was really nice and you could tell he genuinely cares about the patients he sees. I had an appointment and waited for more than an hour, but the doctor only saw me for 10 minutes and told me I had influenza A without testing me. I took the medicine the doctor prescribed and my condition got worse. I went to see another doctor and was tested and found to have COVID-19. I went into this Urgent Care the first time on 2/6 at 9:30. The medical Assistant Deanne greeted me right when I walked in and helped me with all my questions over the phone and in person. The doctor was very nice and straight to the point. They got me into the room within 5 to 10mins after the set appointment time & was out by 10:20. There was a copay for $30 which is not bad fall and definitely worth the care you receive. Very clean Urgent care definitely recommend even if it's a little drive from you. read more

Everything was fast, painless and easy receiving care for my two younger children. We are in the middle of transitioning insurances due to a divorce and doctor was very informative, kind and easy to work with. The office was clean and well stocked and felt safe. The doctor's bedside manner was excellent and we were in and out of the practice within one hour. First time going there today...both of my kids were sick and I wasn't able to get a same day apt at their normal drs office so I called to verify if they take my insurance which they did and it is a $30 office visit charge which is not bad at all, they go by apt and accept walk ins. The office was very clean and modern. Deanne helped me over the phone she was so nice and she took care of my kids vitals and was very pleasant, the Dr was great as well. I got into a car accident a few days ago and came to Express Urgent Care for a check-up. I was greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk assistant, Deanne. She was very sweet and helpful! The entire visit took about 45 minutes. The staff was vert quick and efficient. The office and rooms were spotless and clean. The physician who saw me was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided me with guidance on how to treat the issues I presented with.
