I can't speak for the other reviews. But Charles was polite to me and contacted me the day before and the day of to confirm our appointment. His sons did a great job helping him move, and they quickly moved all my belongings from one place to the other without issue. Including my giant, extremely heavy upright piano. Way cheaper than the moving companies around Fayetteville that boast only they can move pianos. Consider supporting small businesses. They worked hard for their money, and it was a fair transaction. read more

This company was contracted by Hanks to deliver my couch. The owner called me at nine pm the night before delivery asking me to move my delivery up in the day. I was unable, and had delivery scheduled for 6 pm. Day of delivery, I was unable to contact them at the delivery time when they did not appear. Forty minutes after my scheduled delivery time the owner called me back and told me he wasn't sure when he would be able to get here. They finally showed up three hours late, blaming a prior delivery. Had a small child (appeared to be under ten) working with them at nine pm. Completely uncomfortable experience, and they reeked of smoke that lingered in my house after they left. Awful experience, stay away. read more

PLEASE review the 1 star reviews associated with this company before booking. Also reference the threatening messages I received below. They have been accused of stealing, they're ALWAYS late.. when scheduling my move they actually left MY job to go take care of another one, not once but twice. After returning to complete the first move... when arriving to take care of those tasks the second day... left again because (he was frustrated) and had ANOTHER job to go do. After I was promised he would return again a 3rd time. My text messages and phone calls were left on answered along with furniture that was not put together with our original contract. I attempted to dispute the charges via PayPal in which his wife informed me that since I signed paperwork at the end of my move I would not be refunded anything. These people are complete crooks and criminals do not do business with them I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau along with PayPal for the my text messages and phone calls were left on answered along with furniture that was not put together with our original contract. I attempted to dispute the charges via PayPal in which his wife informed me that since I signed paperwork at the end of my move I would not be refunded anything. Meyers doesn't even deserve one star! A few weeks ago Charles the owner said he would move us from our apartment to a house 10 minutes away and he gave us a certain time at 4 PM. We called him around 6 PM asked if he was coming he said yes. Here it was 7 PM after my husband already got off of work early since he originally said 4 PM and he did not have a huge trailer or anything to move us. Charles and his crew made my husband go rent a Uhaul with our own money since they didn't bring a huge trailer. Not only were they not on time and did not bring a huge trailer, but Charles told us on the phone he was tired so he got his brother and some other guy to move us, but it wasn't enough help!!! My husband had to move furniture as well!!!! On top of all of this they didn't get done until 12 AM and Charles was on the phone with his brother and my husband asking for more money than what he originally asked for and you have to remember my husband ended up buying the uhaul (they didn't) and my husband worked by helping them move since Charles was too tired to do the job like he said. Not a reliable company. Shows up late to jobs, or doesn't show up at all. And didn't contact customer until several hours later explaining why he didn't show up. They rescheduled, and he did it again. read more
