Being from Chicago the whole situation could have become a complete nightmare, I am glad 710 was close by and able to work with me to get my car back on the road. He kept the truck for the morning and when I came back he told me that the O2 sensor was not quite plugged in all the way. He plugged it in all the way and all was taken care of. What he could have done which is what most mechanics do is replace the sensor and charge me for it because I wouldn't have noticed if that had happened. This kind of honesty will win my business every time. Needless to say my truck will always go here if she needs to be worked on
