We bought a van from Sleepy Hollow and have had it serviced here several times. While they seem skilled and knowledgeable at what they do, I always go home feeling like I was charged the maximum amount and was informed of very little. To be fair, no one has ever been rude to me, I just always feel like I am an inconvenience.
