When you walk into the…read moreoffice, there are ipads standing on tall podium-like things. from there, it is very easy to check in, you just put your name and info in. The wait was not long at all, there were plenty of people in front of me (probably over 6 people) I was still able to get in and out of there within 15 minutes. All of the staff were nice and friendly. The woman who took my blood could tell that I was anxious (i really don't do well with needles) and she was great at making me feel comfortable and understood. I hardly felt anything at all, she accessed my vein very easily and it went by quick. It was a great experience and if I weren't moving away soon, this specific labcorp would be the place i'd choose to come for labs every time.

There wasn't a physical person that you could talk to, if you needed to change an appointment etc. Once you got to the back with the employees, the care was great and quick but anytime before that, you're basically on your own! Even when I called, no one would pick up the phone and when you get there, there's no one willing to talk to you! I would have appreciated more interaction or at least known the mission for the company. Even if it says something along the lines of, "There is limited interaction due to a high volume of appointments. We need our employees to be diligent and focused so we can serve the needs of the customers to the best of our ability." Some type of "mission" statement about the business would be great, if that's the mission and vision of the company!
