This is a picture of my newly installed, supposedly OEM Fold 5 inner screen, which was installed months ago. The cost was like $615. I bought the location on 6/1/2026. To see if there is a warranty on the screen. I contacted the company, and they said there is a one-year warranty, but MF Phone had to send the screen back, and the supplier of the screen will look at the screen to see if the issue was by neglect or water damage; so, the bull they gave was that the phone was damaged. I did not drop the phone, and it did not have water damage. The screen was defective. So I will post my receipt showing the date of repair and the name and number of the company that MF purchased the screen from. When a business must buzz you in, it's up to some shady stuff. terrible company to work with. I got my backglass replaced and it felt like a cheap repair. The glass felt as if it wasn't even glued in and had some spring to it. Lo and behold It took a small drop and completely shattered. When I went back within 30 they tried to quote me for another repair and the frame instead of fixing their crappy job under warrant. Was referred to this place by another repair company who wouldn't have the part in for my iPhone XR until the following week. Not only did this place have it in stock but it was cheaper then what the other place would have charged me. Three negatives were the contact, the entrance, and the wait time. When I called the number I was surprised to get a can I call you back text. I texted back asking if this wS MF Phone Repair to which I received a reply that said sure. Strange response but ok. Someone, I am assuming the owner called me back in about 5, understood what I needed, said he had it in stock, the price, and his long it would take (30 minutes just FYI). Got there, walked in, and there were a bunch of people standing around. I didn't know if the people standing were in line, had already been assisted, or if the people sitting were waiting, it was just a strange layout. I think a divider might help. In regards to the wait time the person who helped me told me it was going to be 30 minutes too, and it ended up being an hour. Honestly still not bad for the replacement that I needed. At the end of the day they did a great job because I honestly did not think it could be fixed. All together I would recommend this place. read more

Do not get your phone fixed from here!. First they try pull a fast one on me by put a screen with a scratch on my phone. Then when the fix the screen for the second time my speakers on my phone does not work. I cant hear any on a phone call. I did provide my pin/password and I ask if the phone was tested before I left and I was told it was tested. read more
