After about 8 or 9 years we began to notice that the foundation was moving, and that the flooring was moving away from the walls, that's when *I went to the county to see who had inspected the foundation. It turns out they did not have the foundation inspected, they didn't even pull permits.* 3. They rushed us back into the home after exactly a year, because the insurance company was not going to pay for us to stay in hotel rooms or temporary housing longer than a year. The outside of the house wasn't caulked, there's trim missing in some places, etc. 4. Certificate of Completion (or Certificate of Substantial Completion) was never produced or signed. 5. I have made contact with the company and tried to solve this issue with the floor. They have refused to make good. Avoid these people like the plague. Even if the insurance company recommends them. They will off take any job thrown at them which results in them spreading themselves so then they are unable to finish the work in a timely manner. Everything is rushed, steps are skipped for speed and convenience. Caveat Emptor

He responded immediately and stopped later the same day to take a look at my yard. I received an estimate quickly (same day). After getting a few more estimates I hired More Life for the project. He refers to them as his "skilled laborers." The first time they did, any landscaping work for me, their weed line broke on the weedeater and they left the job unfinished without any communication as to why they needed to leave or when they would complete it. They have also bid other jobs for me such as irrigation sprinkler repair, and a ramp rebuild/repair. Then, I didn't hear anything from any of the workers or management for three weeks. By the time they got back to me, I had already recd other bids, approved a bid, hired somebody, had the work completed and paid for the work. Their "skilled laborers" are "boys" who don't take their job or their clients seriously. I even had a text from Tanner after 11 pm. Both he and Dallas heard about it from me. Their laborers dictate rates to the owner. Not acceptable. They are not professional and should not be considered if you want quality work done at a decent price.

After having Action Irrigation come out to do repairs and replace a timer earlier in the year they…read more"finished" the job and left the pipes exposed. I had to cover them with a brick. They billed $1100 and overcharged ($500) for a timer and three solenoids after having a long conversation about not using an expensive timer. A simple Google search revealed the parts should have cost $200 at most. When called back out to repair a leak on the exposed pipes they dug this hole and said they couldn't do the repair today. They claimed that the damage was done by the landscaper which happened to be me. They gave me no time for scheduling on the repair and left the hole as is. The next day when I called to ask when they would be coming back the owner told me "soon." I pressed the matter and got "next week" after being talked over repeatedly which got me upset. Finally he said they would come on Monday but wouldn't come back before that to fill in the hole they left behind. Because I expressed my disappointment (I admittedly lost my cool at this point) and did curse once, he then refused to come back to do the job. When the owner said he would not come back I hung up the phone. Then the owner texted me with an offer to fill in the hole after he refused to finish the job. I texted back saying no and "good luck with your business." The owner then texted me back with further insults and I blocked his number. In ten years of being an HOA president I have never had a business do such a poor job and be so unwilling to do basic safety protocols. To be clear: All I asked for was to have a schedule and to come back that day to fill the hazardous hole Action Irrigation left behind. I cursed once (f'ing) and was never directed at the owner. My ire was justified by the overcharging, lack of responsibility, poor work, and the fact that I had to pull teeth to get an actual date for the return to perform repairs. The conversation was heated. I never "screamed." Don't use this company, it's not worth the liability...
