I have used this service before and as usual they have provided excellent service. Their response time was great and the work that was done was exceedingly good. Lance was able to remove (much to my surprise) some green glue that was in the carpet, and many pet urine stains disappeared. All this was done at a very reasonable price. I am SO happy with the service and great carpet cleaning I get from K & L Chem-Dry. Lance has been out several times to clean my wall-to-wall and a braided area rug. Not only is he friendly, but he doesn't waste time. He gets right to cleaning the carpets and since they dry so fast the Chem-Dry way, I can move my furniture back in really soon. Chem-Dry cleans leather furniture, too! I had them come out to clean and recondition a leather chair and sofa in my living room and they both looked better than new when done. They come when they say they will, they do a good job and they cahrge fair prices. I have no reservations in giving K&L five full stars. read more

We have carpet in a studio apt that was so badly stained, we thought we would have to replace it. Oil, gum, food, soda, and even two bleached out spots from nail polish remover or something. Lance, from K & L Chem-Dry in GP, came in and made it like new! Even guaranteed if any spots come up, he will be back to fix plus left me with a great spot remover for the house.. What more can I say than 5 stars. The customer service from K & L was outstanding. They accommodated me in a very hard situation getting an estimate over the weekend, something they did not have to do. (I am from out of town, I was helping out a relative.) When I called back to make a small change they remembered me and my job and were more than happy to help. They were also great at telling us what was going to be difficult to remove from the carpets and gave us clear expectations on what to expect. We were all on the same page of what was to be done after the estimate and I had absolutely no hesitation and hired them for the job on the spot. Their cleaning service was wonderful as well and they did everything that we agreed upon. Not only was the service top notch they were very affordable. I have used the Chem Dry franchise in various cities for years and have been happy with their service. Last week I had my carpets cleaned by K&L Chem Dry in Grants Pass and the job was fine, HOWEVER I was extremely disappointed that I was not informed of certain charges ahead of time. I am referring specifically to the moving of 3 chairs, which I could have done myself, that was reflected on my final bill at $50. I mentioned to the technician that I was not mad at him, but I would be calling the company to complain. He then called the owner and since the owner was in the area he came by. He reduced the charge to $32 - why bother? As a local business owner myself I was surprised by the lack of "customer service" - this certainly will not develop long term loyalty. read more
