I have an old curio cabinet that has great sentimental value , but not resale value . My boys had broken the curved glass in this antique cabinet a couple years ago . I l looked online and the cost to replace it was way more than the piece was valued for so it sat with the likely end destination of a shed or the landfill in the very near future . Thankfully , I found a replacement piece of glass in another old cabinet that was beyond repair, but sadly it was about and inch to long and an inch to wide . I called everywhere in town and another other glass place and a tile place wouldn't attempt to cut it. I stumbled upon a local treasure called A-1 glass where the owner John goes above and beyond and was willing to see what he could do. Thankfully, his skilled glass cutter abilities resulted in my cabinet looking perfect with all the glass installer back where it should be. From the worker over the phone in the office to the staff and to the owner I say thank you for helping me keep a little history alive in this old antique. It isn't worth much if resold , but it was priceless to my family , so thank you all. You just gained loyal customers for life . Very rude and not professional at all. They removed half the weather strippin, put the door back in the tracks and left. If I have another problem, guaranteed I will not call them back.

Did not seem concerned that door was so easily broken into. Handle on one door broke 2 weeks after installation. Very defensive when problems brought to their attention. Cannot recommend.

It was bad enough that they even replaced 3 units that were the worst, and the new units showed the same defect. Turns out they used a brand of glass called OldCastle. That seemed to be the problem because we had Green Valley Glass replace these new windows with another brand and the milkiness problem went away. Open Enclose refused to reimburse us for the 3 units we had Green Valley Glass replace. If you decide to get your glass from Open Enclose, do not let them sell you OldCastle glass.

There were other telling comments that made me feel at ease immediately. They gave me a great discount for purchasing two units. (Yes, it is such a blessing most of the time to have two units, until you must purchase them.) Chris and his crew came out on the day scheduled. Note: do not set your clock by these guys. AM is AMish. Once they arrived, they were all business. They had both units installed with corresponding Google nests set up as well. At the end, they had everything cleaned up, nice and tidy.
