He did it the right way....power washed the stucco, patched the stucco, scraped the the flaking paint off the wood trim, primed around the new windows, covered the doors and windows,cleared the rock and soil from the stem wall. Then he painted. 2 coats. 1 sprayed on 1 rolled on, for full coverage. After they cleaned and removed all of the drop cloths and spray barriers, they put my potted plants and BBQ back into place. The owner, Jim Williams, was the original painter when it was built in 2007 and we are glad we used him for the third time in 14 years. His crew is thorough, meticulous, professional, fast and clean. We are totally pleased with the results. A few years ago he painted our roof with a super thermal paint that he used for Raytheon and Tucson airport roofs. Jim only uses the best products that last the longest. His rates are very reasonable and competitive. Very trustworthy and reliable.
