Kase and his crew are polite, professional, timely and very customer-oriented. Kase initially helped us design the fence and then we thoroughly enjoyed having his crew at our house for the installation. Family affair with great people and easy to have around. Ashleigh in the office kept us appraised of progress and was very accomodating when we had delays on our end due to other contractors. They just rolled with it. Secondly, the finished product is absolutely stunning, with obvious pride of workmanship! It's kind of hard to get excited about a pool fence, but let me say that rather than an "industrial" looking standard type of black and straight fence, they custom made a rusted, architecturally sensitive fence that blends in with the elements of the yard beautifully. It looks like art in my backyard! Lastly, pricing was very reasonable, and more than competetive with other bids I received. Retrospectively, I think this was money very well spent and was so much more than even anticipated. I highly recommend this fabricator and would consider using them again. He asked me to send a video of the door so that he could assess the problem. He said it was just an adjustment and it would not take long. Based upon that, I told him I would be home on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and he could come at his convenience on any of those days. He was very agreeable and said that he would come and do the repair. He did not - no text, no call, no-show. I called him the following week and he said he could get to it on Thursday between 10 am and 12 PM. Once again, no text, no call, no-show. He wasted two weeks of my time. Now I'm starting over looking for someone to repair the door. I honestly don't know how these people stay in business. Don't waste your time.

After waiting a week for them to come take measurements, we were quoted $400 for a single exterior sun screen. When we asked whether the $85 service charge would be applied toward the order, we were told it would only be credited on purchases over $1,000. We've done a lot of business with this company over the years and have always been satisfied, which makes this experience especially frustrating. Unfortunately, the business practices now feel misleading and far from the customer service we used to receive.

We are so happy that we found Brilon Iron works for our custom home build! We are building a big…read morehouse and wanted a "grand entrance", and we quickly decided we wanted big custom steel doors. We went with 10-foot tall double-doors for the main entrance and they look fantastic!!!! Lisa & Tyler were great to work with! We picked one of the standard designs but then had it customized to our liking. We loved the main entrance door so much that we had to order two more single doors for the master and our son's bath, that both lead to the patio and pool. For these 2 doors, Lisa came up with a unique design including a transom window above the doors to match the 10-foot height but with a smaller door that looked better suited to the space. The biggest thing we love about all 3 of these doors, is the operational glass and steel mesh bug screens! We love fresh air when the weather is nice! On our current house, we have the cheesy security doors in addition to our normal doors so we can leave the front door open without having anyone walk in any time they want. Brilon Iron Doors have glass that can be opened without unlocking the door. It will be so great to have the fresh air while still maintaining security. And the steel screens will keep out the mosquitos and other bugs. This is great since we have recently realized that Palo Verge Beetles are apparently common in our new neighbor hood. These screens will have no problem keeping out those 7" long flying critters! ;-) Finally, the installation team was amazing! We are doing some of our own work to give us the "pride of building" our new home. We will be installing all of our own interior doors and the other exterior doors, so I told Lisa we wanted to install the steel doors ourselves. I am so grateful that she suggested that installing steel doors is not the same as installing other types of doors and encouraged us to have professional installation. So, took her advice and we are so happy! They did great work and they had a team of guys to do the heavy lifting and installing. Such a great choice!
