Many roof supports were not stained properly therefore it looks incomplete. He guaranteed patio would not leak but it leaks horribly. He promised to make the proper repairs, but every week he kept making excuses and eventually never showed up. He continued to use my patio in his advertisements. After several demands to remove them he blocked me. I was just 4 months in from losing my husband and Jeff Gibson took advantage of that. As I pen this review I can hear the galvanized panel patio cover roofing flap in the wind as he didn't properly secure them. Sadly I must sell my home due to the loss of my husband, however I must have the patio cover engineered and repaired before I can list my home. I gave him one star because, 0 stars was not an option. I went through a list of contractors to see if anyone was available. Monarch texted me back promptly. Saying he could get some guys out asap, to do the leveling prep work and install the sod. I asked for a little reduction in his quoted price, he said because they had to sift through the soil and level that it needed to be that much. I asked how many guys would come out. He said 3. Reason I asked is bc we were heading out of town that day so I wanted to make sure it was done in a timely manner. He said he could have someone there in an hour. He requested half up front as he was sending guys from sierra vista. Which I thought was shady but I was in a bind and didn't have a choice. 2 guys showed up 3 hours later. 1 in a sedan 1 in a motor cycle. No tools! We both assumed the 3rd guy would show up with the tools. He never did. They proceeded to use our tools (without even asking) Long story short---took about 20 minutes to flatten out some dirt. Did no sifting and just ended up laying sod on top. Such a shotty job. After they left, contractor demanded second half of payment, I proceeded to say how terrible it looked and I saw them lay the sod over the rocky soil. He then proceeded to threaten me saying he needed to pay his guys for work or they were going to come back. They even took some of our gloves and left all the leftover trash. Out of abundance for caution and safety I tried to agree to a lower amount instead of a full refund. I didn't want to have these guys coming back to our house! After 45 minutes of him saying he was not at fault, he finally agreed to a $500 reduction. After I paid, he texts me and says the guy said he leveled it. I will now be reporting them. I feel completely taken advantage of. BEWARE! This is a shady not professional business!!

Kase and his crew are polite, professional, timely and very customer-oriented. Kase initially helped us design the fence and then we thoroughly enjoyed having his crew at our house for the installation. Family affair with great people and easy to have around. Ashleigh in the office kept us appraised of progress and was very accomodating when we had delays on our end due to other contractors. They just rolled with it. Secondly, the finished product is absolutely stunning, with obvious pride of workmanship! It's kind of hard to get excited about a pool fence, but let me say that rather than an "industrial" looking standard type of black and straight fence, they custom made a rusted, architecturally sensitive fence that blends in with the elements of the yard beautifully. It looks like art in my backyard! Lastly, pricing was very reasonable, and more than competetive with other bids I received.
