EXCEPTIONAL CARE - TRUE ANGELS ON THE 3RD & 4TH FLOORS…read more I cannot say enough incredible things about the care my grandmother received at Loma Linda Medical Center - Murrieta during an incredibly difficult time for our family. 3rd Floor - Day Shift | 2/2/26 A heartfelt thank you to Grace, RN and Nilo, PCA, who exemplify what compassionate, patient-centered care truly looks like. From the moment I arrived, it was clear my grandmother was in the hands of absolute professionals who genuinely care. Grace is the kind of nurse every hospital should strive to clone--knowledgeable, calm, attentive, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and treated my grandmother with dignity, warmth, and respect at all times. Her bedside manner is truly exceptional. Nilo was equally outstanding. She went above and beyond in every way--attentive, kind, gentle, and always one step ahead of what my grandmother needed. She treated her like family, not just a patient, and that meant everything to us. Her compassion, professionalism, and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Together, Grace and Nilo made an incredibly stressful hospital experience feel safe, human, and comforting. They were attentive without being rushed, professional without being cold, and compassionate in a way that simply can't be taught--it's who they are. 4th Floor | 2/6/26 I also want to recognize Kristina, RN and Ivy, PCA for the exceptional care they provided when my grandmother was transferred to the 4th floor. They were fully aware of the very difficult situation we had been going through, and from the moment they stepped in, they brought compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Kristina was attentive, communicative, and reassuring--ensuring my grandmother's needs were addressed promptly and explaining everything clearly, which meant the world to our family during such a stressful time. Ivy was just as amazing--always gentle, patient, and attentive, treating my grandmother with dignity and care at every interaction. In the middle of what has honestly been a nightmare, these four caregivers were a bright light. Their empathy, dedication, and humanity did not go unnoticed. If leadership reads this, please know that Grace, Nilo, Kristina, and Ivy are true assets to your hospital and deserve recognition. Because of them, my grandmother received not just medical care, but genuine kindness, patience, and respect--and that makes all the difference. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The doctor was good but there's no bedside manner at this location whatsoever. So you are literally just a number and I want people to understand that so that when they go in there they're not looking for any type of care. It's basically answer the questions answer the questions when they ask you again don't expect any kind of warmth or proper treatmentthis is not your doctor this is just a clinic to get you handled. Don't even get me started the appointment they are scheduling and calling you back but they are equally as good as canceling your appointments. So I guess be grateful when you get in don't try to make a connection or have any type of a positive bedside manner experience. Just answer the questions and don't explain anything else beyond that because you're going to be rushed and basically told to go to urgent care next time. Your appointment is typically going to be about two weeks out and you'll probably get rescheduled a few times. Your first appointment is a consult and you will not receive any Care until your follow up appointment after they do all of your lab work. So why they had to keep rescheduling my appointment I couldn't tell you. My biggest concern is the medical staff medical assistant extremely extremely extremely rude. Maybe you can get away with that as a doctor but as a medical assistant? I don't think so. to the point where she just walks out the room and I'm following her and she goes that way and points to the other door LMAO I kid you not then just let the door shut behind her. Like in my face. So I would prefer to go back to this location I'm going to see. The doctor seem to be good but I really couldn't tell you because if you don't have proper communication you can't really distinguish their level of knowledge or care. So it was a pretty uncomfortable experience all the way through. I have had far better experience when I have gone to Planned Parenthood as far as care and bedside manner goes several years ago. I just cannot get over how bad this experience was from top to bottom.

So, I waited and waited till 4 pm because they said another doctor "Sonia Butt" was going to see me. That never happened. So, I left. Not going back. Horrible. If a doctor refuses to see you, you think they actually care to provide medical care to you? Nope. Don't go there. Don't do it.

The first day there included a care conference with family, case manager, social worker, nurses, aides, physical therapist and Dr. Rolando Gutierrez. The plan of care was created after careful listening by the doctor and the staff to patient/family concerns. The plan was then implemented consistently over his 6 week stay. The nurses and case manager maintained necessary updates while also responding to my calls in real time. They were all professional and thoughtful. The facility itself is modern, clean and has large patient rooms. The physical therapy room is also large, modern and welcoming. There is a place for patients to safely sit outside. We feel fortunate in having the recovery phase in this skilled nursing facility. When we really needed help the staff who work in this modern facility came through beautifully. Dear Mr. Wes Jones and The Springs Health & Rehab,…read more From the minute I walked into your facility until the heartbreaking moment we had to leave, you and your staff were nothing short of loving, positive, helpful, and comforting. I truly have so many good things to say about every single person I came in contact with--and even some of the wonderful patients as well. There was such a close, family-like feeling, and it came at a time when we needed it the most. **I especially wanted to take a moment to speak from the heart about Alma Cervantes and Dalila Broadnax' care, tenderness, love, and professionalism they showed my mom and me were more than I ever could have expected. They were always so incredibly sweet to my little Momma, and they truly felt my pain and heartache too. Allowing me to lay next to my mom overnight during her final few days on this earth meant more to me than I can ever put into words. That kindness kept my world turning when I honestly didn't think I could keep going. Alma Cervantes and Dalila Broadnax REALLY went above and beyond in every way, and they deserve to be recognized as the angels that they truly are. First class all the way. Momma's shining stars!** And of course, I have so many wonderful things to say about so many others as well--Elvira , Penny, Kim, Activities, Kitchen Staff, Terri Sabrina, Daisy, Fifa, Liz, Francis, the PT staff, Nightingale, and so many more I should mention, who cared for me and my precious 92-year-old mother Catherine. Each of them deserves recognition and appreciation, I thank each and every one from the bottom of my heart. Wes, you too--along with Debbie and the rest of the team--have made The Springs Health Care Center a place I would always recommend to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, caring, and loving "home" for their loved one. Ya'll are doing a great job! Wishing you, your family, and your entire staff all the very best. Terry Barrett and The Family of Catherine Burgess
