I really didn't know what to expect. My husband needed to go to outpatient rehab. I knew it would be a challenge, because, he didn't want to go! . WOW were we blest! From the time we walked in we were greeted with such caring people. Ever single person has a commitment to making your experience the very best. They want to help you. The physical therapists ( Marcie, Mike, Dawn and Julia) are all professional. There to meet your needs and make a plan for you. They are encouraging, kind, yet, they know how to direct you to do your best. To be able to get the most out of the time they spend with you. Everyone works together. It's like the best of a family. I was very guarded when I first came to The Rehab Group on California Oaks due to negative experiences at previous PT groups in the past.. From the first visit here I felt compassionate and expert care. My rehab is from breast cancer surgery and lymphedema due to removal of 5 lymph nodes. My swelling and restricted movement had me very nervous. The therapists addressed my fears and helped me through the mental emotional trauma that comes from a cancer diagnosis and the aftermath of surgery. I was treated with dignity and my privacy was taken into consideration at every visit. I made rapid progress and looked forward to my visits because I could see the results after each session. . I feel very confident i will make a full recovery. I feel empowered to follow through with the radiation therapy because I know I will have support and recover quickly with the care I will receive at the Rehab Group. I have lymphedema post cancer surgery. Most times, it is just annoying. However, a few months ago it became painful and treatment was required. I obtained a reference to The Rehab Group from a neighbor and the result was fantastic. I received my treatment from Marcy Trutalli. She is an amazingly skillful therapist and very knowledgeable regarding lymphatic massage. I experienced some relief after the very first treatment, and the swelling continued to dissipate with each subsequent visit. I completed my visits yesterday and my leg is back to normal. The entire crew at The Rehab Group is caring, attentive and helpful. Scheduling was easy and they handled everything regarding my insurance. I can see from all the other five-star reviews that I am not alone in my admiration for this outstanding physical therapy practice. Renee was friendly, kind, well mannered, knowledgeable and helpful. She is a great representation of customer service at its best. Brought my mom in for her physical therapy. Starting with the receptionist she was warm and welcoming. Had all the paperwork work ready and in Spanish. I really appreciate she did that for my mom. The staff around us seem bubbly and enthusiastic. Had a welcoming vibe. Everyone seem happy and joyful. The physical therapist that assisted my mom name Monica was compassionate and understanding. She explained to us what she planned on doing to help my mom. What her goals were for my mom to recover. She was very open and talkative. Definitely felt comfortable bringing mom here. I just finished a 3 hour hike in Sedona. 18 months ago that was just a pipe dream. Let me explain my journey. In 2006 I badly sprained my ankle. Stupidly I did not seek medical help thinking I would be OK. Wrong. A year on I could not go down stairs without being in pain. One ortho Doctor. Told me I was a candidate for an ankle replacement, but as they are not usually successful he suggested a prosthetic support. It went from the back of my knee to my toes. And made my ankle immobile. So if I went up stairs or up an incline it was awkward. Needless to say I stopped using that. I used to have injections every six months in my ankle because supposedly I had bone on bone. And was in pain. Meantime they ordered another prosthetic appliance which this time hinges at the ankle. Hated it so never used it. By now my ankle was constantly swollen. If I walked any distance it swelled up so bad and over the top of my shoe. I assumed I was stuck with this and would never hike again. Then luckily for me 2 years ago I had knee surgery. During my rehab for my knee I was unable to bend my ankle to do some of the necessary exercises so Marci suggested I ask my ankle Doctor if I could have rehab on my old ankle injury. I did the doctor kind of scoffed and said well you can try it. But I have NEVER seen it help before. So Marci started working on it. It has taken 18 months. But the swelling had gone down I no longer need injections for bone on bone pain. And I just completed this 3 hour hike. My knees are great. And No pain and no swollen ankle. A MIRACLE. Do I recommend The Rehab Group. ABSOLUTELY. Fantastic. I am so happy. read more

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! My wife has been receiving life giving therapy at the Technology Drive office in Temecula over the course of the last year. A timeframe that at first glance seems like a pretty good chunk of time, however let me advise that this time was very well spent. The last year has seen the restoration and strengthening of muscle groups and systems that had been neglected and even improperly treated and managed at other less able facilities. I have a most sincere gratitude for the professionals at The Rehab Group Inc, but most notably Kirstin PhD, Sarah (her assistant) and the rest of the group. My wife is doing so well, now out of regular visitation, that she wants to drag the golf clubs out of the garage for a trip to a near by Par 3 course Now for my 2 cents...I have had the privilege of meeting Kirstin and the staff on several occasions and am still extremely impressed with not simply their professionalism, but the length they go to to make everyone feel welcome and like family. I've been treated here once a week for one on one chronic back pain treatments. I get stretched out in the lower extremities for a good period of time and I get a good heat pad session for the remainder of my session. The treatments do tend to help give me some relief. I would recommend this physical therapy group to new clients because they truly care about their patients well being and they honestly want their patients to get better and progressively improve. read more

As a repeat customer I've been going to The Rehab Group (Sky Canyon Road office/staff) for years and have had no better treatment elsewhere. The staff is very knowledgeable, personable, and really hone in on the issues at hand as well as preventative maintenance treatment for the future. It's a challenging environment based on each patients needs and focus. The staff are also light-hearted but determined to improve quality of life for everyone that walks through their doors. Only caveat is they need a dedicated strength and agility training facility added to their location, but hopefully in the future. Highly recommended! read more

I have had cause to visit several therapists in the area and I can say none of them ever treated me badly. However none of them treated me as well as the Rehab Group. At all the therapists I visited I saw an actual PT only on the first visit, thereafter I would be treated by a PTA for part of the time and an aide for the majority of the time. At the Rehab Group I spent at least half of every visit with the PT! Great service. I always felt that my care and recovery was as important to the staff as it was to me. And everyone smiles, they enjoy their work and they enjoy helping their patients recover. It makes a huge difference to walk in and know that you will be greeted by not just one but many smiling faces. I was almost sorry when my treatment was over, I can't speak highly enough of the staff at The Rehab Group. I would give them ten stars if I could. read more

The location off of technology drive has a wonderful staff. My husband and I have been going to them off and on for the last two years. Kristen is really knowledgeable and wonderful she takes it serious in helping people feel better and live without pain. Sarah is also wonderful and knowledgeable in proper exercise form and movement. My therapist Celeste is really special, but all the therapists are very personable and take the extra moment to interact with me even though I am not their patient. The assistants Nancy and Jasmine are knowledgeable and caring and oversee the execution of my exercises. Each person takes ownership of the business, answering the phone, helping a patient with an appointment, doing whatever is necessary in addition to doing his or her specific job. Coming here was a life changer for me. I had been in constant pain from sciatica for over 2 months and the treatments I had been trying weren't helping. I met with Adam and appreciated the fact he addressed my sciatica as well as confirmed that I had frozen shoulder and began therapy on both. Other places wanted to treat one at a time. Within 2 1/2 months I'm pain free and have great range of motion back in my shoulder. I now know the proper exercises to do to eliminate any pain, gain strength and to continue to gain range in my shoulder. Adam and Evan even made exercising fun.
