I live in CA so with the time difference and time restraint, the designer had to make a decision on whether to use the white roses which she felt did not look good in my preferred design or change the design to make sure they delivered a beautiful arrangement. I loved the arrangement she chose and so many that attended the funeral have called to tell me how beautiful they were. I think her decision to change the arrangement rather than send a design she wasn't proud of was extremely professional and I will order flowers from Pots of Luck for all occasions for my NC friends and family. On the recommendation of the funeral home, I was referred to Oralene and spoke with Cathy Leigh. I explained that we'd be driving down from New York, and that we wanted a very special guitar or music themed arrangement for the services. Cathy told me that her designer had done a guitar once before, and it was "awesome". So, I went with their experience, although I wouldn't be able to see anything until we actually arrived for the services. They did a stunning job; tasteful, creative and also got our very unique message on the card correct, with all names and spellings correct. Everyone who attended the services loved it, and it's currently in the family's living room giving smiles and peace to all. We stopped by today to thank this wonderful, talented team in person. They could not have been more humble, nicer or talented. Please use this great small business whenever you have a need for flowers. A million thank you's to the entire staff here.
