After the bees were removed, Donald repaired the exterior wall and made the stucco look good as new. The texturing perfectly matches the other stucco texturing on our house. The project took two months longer than promised, and I constantly had to micromanage them. Despite their claims that crews were on-site, my security cameras proved otherwise. Be warned: their contracts are incredibly vague. While they make it seem like you have "options," almost everything--from specific tile to basic kitchen stains--is an upcharge. Their corporate structure (LLC) makes legal recourse difficult, and dealing with three different points of contact was exhausting. I eventually paid just to be done with them.

I checked Yelp and saw that JB Construction had a good rating and reached out to them to help me finish up my kitchen. Jose was very responsive. We discussed the project and he came up with a reasonable price and got to work. They did a bit of everything, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall, etc. Jose is also refreshingly collaborative. They did a great job and Jose stands behind their work. If I find anything that isn't quite right or got missed, he said he'll come take care of it (100% confidence in this).
