I did receive a refund for my unused portions of the package I paid for. I enrolled as a complete beginner and made that very clear from the start. Instead of receiving patient instruction, I experienced an instructor (Michael) who became frustrated with beginner mistakes and raised his voice during lessons. It was also extremely fast paced for a 20 lesson full package deal. On my third day I was being taught a 3 point turn and parallel parking when I was not comfortable turning onto roads and being centered on roads. There were also communication and scheduling issues. On one occasion, I arrived for what I believed was my scheduled lesson, only to find out the time had been changed without any phone call, email, or text notification. Despite the instructor being available, I spent approximately 40 minutes sitting in the vehicle while he stopped at McDonald's and handled personal matters rather than conducting the lesson. During multiple lessons, the instructor took lengthy personal phone calls while I was in the car, including highly personal conversations that contained inappropriate language. As a student learning to drive for the first time, I expected my instructor's full attention and professionalism, not distractions and personal matters. What ultimately made me decide to leave was being told after only three lessons that my remaining lessons and road test had been canceled because I was allegedly "too nervous." I had attended every lesson, was eager to learn, and had only just begun driving. Although I was offered another instructor, by that point I had lost confidence in the school's professionalism and chose to seek instruction elsewhere. Additionally, while waiting for one of my lessons, I overheard another student discussing a negative experience he had with an instructor named Frank. Under normal circumstances I would not place much weight on another student's experience alone. However, after everything I had personally experienced, hearing another student express similar frustrations further reduced my confidence in the school as a whole. My one and only driving instructor - RUTH - was the best. She was patient but firm. I cried during my second lesson and she gave me the pep talk I needed. I had never been behind the wheel of a car before but she encouraged me every single step of the way. Five weeks and 14 lessons later, I passed my Road Test (on the first try!!!!!). The last lesson was scheduled just before the road test. My son had to go to school for the lesson first and then go to the road test. He had to wait at the driving school for 30 minutes because the instructor was late. Apparently, they did not have a car for the road test, so they had to get a car and an instructor from a different location. My son had never driven with that instructor or in that car until the day of the road test. The new instructor only confused him further.

When I started driving school here I wasn't confident I would even be able to pass a test. My start was a little shaky because I was always in my head and beating myself up for every mistake I made. But going here and each class I took I felt like a better driver. They took the time to get to know me. Study how I drive and work on that with me as many times as I needed. I had a lot of issues with turning so focusing my classes on that helped me a lot in the long run. I was the last person who I thought would learn how to drive let alone pass my driving test perfectly. I came a long way and they got to see me grow as a driver. Also the driving instructors are excellent. The office is very clean they are also helpful and so professional. I worked with Arturo and Jonothan I recommend using the both of them. Before my test I took a 90 minuet lesson and it gave me the little bit of confidence I needed before the test. They are very patient and very kind. If you're doing horrible at it and feel like you want to give up just don't do it. A suggestion I have is and speaking from personal experience get more than one or two lessons especially if you have no time at home to practice. If you're serious about passing get a full package you won't regret it. They even work with you.

Overall, I had an okay experience with this driving school. I usually had a different instructor…read moreeach time. Sometimes, instructors would be on their phone or using their phone at a red light. This happened with almost all instructors. Margarita (an older female instructor) had 2 full phone conversations during one of my lessons. When I had my lesson with her, I got into a car that wasn't clearly marked as a student driver car (though it did have a double break) and I felt really uncomfortable driving it as it felt like the steering wheel needed to be realigned. I also was frustrated when instructors would start my lessons late and finish early, losing almost 10 mins of practice sometimes. As I was finishing up with the school and trying to schedule my road test and reschedule one lesson, it was a little difficult to get this done. I had to call 3 separate times on the same day because the person who answered the phone was too busy and asked me to call back later to finish up. This was a little frustrating. Still, I think there are some good instructors and good qualities to this school. To start, the price for what you get is really unbeatable. I purchased a 10 lesson package with a road test and 5-hour class included. The instructor, Chuckie (I'm not sure if that's his name) was my favorite. He was very straightforward, focused, and helpful when I asked questions. He also gave me a lot of pointers and tips that made me feel more confident as I went into following lessons. You have to advocate for yourself a little bit as I find this school to be slightly disorganized (probably due to how many student drivers they are working with), but you'll definitely get your license if you put in the work and communicate well. I earned my license on May 7th on my first try and am looking forward to practicing more and getting better. I would recommend this school to anyone just trying to learn the basics or anyone who needs a few practice lessons before their road test.
